Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
Responsibilities:&
- Assist in the recruiting process including but not limited to; conduct second round interviews, make offers and referral policy
- Coordinate new hire orientation and oversee the on-boarding process with new employees in order to process HR related paperwork
- Administrative activities related to employee benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, open enrollment, 401K, and life insurance
- Assist employees with Leave policies (Medical, FMLA, Disability, Workers Comp, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee timecards and information in order to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Record absences and lateness and oversee the company's attendance policy
- Communicate reoccurring issues to Leadership Team in regard to verbal and written warnings
- Answer employee questions regarding any payroll or benefits inquires and effectively handle all issues in a confidential and timely manner
- Assist Leadership Team with annual performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and proprietary company information
- Handle escalated personnel matters, including conducting investigations into employee complaints, supporting disciplinary actions, and managing sensitive processes such as terminations in alignment with company policy and legal requirements.

Requirements:&
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources position

- Accurately complete cycle nominations in an efficient and timely manner.
- Develop working relationships with counterparties that include an understanding of their business objectives.
- Perform as a strategic liaison in helping develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, pipelines, utilities, and suppliers

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, restocking supplies, and assisting with linen distribution and guest requests. - Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, elevators, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to assigned floors or storage areas
- Collect and transport soiled linens and trash from guest floors to designated disposal or laundry areas
- Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are organized and fully stocked
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, or other housekeeping needs
- Assist in deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and furniture polishing
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
- Follow all hotel safety and security protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining financial profitability, Forbes Five-Star service level, excellent guest response, and upkeep of the operation. Additional responsibilities include setting up floor, hands-on management during service, payroll and administrative duties, and on-going training. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Responsibilities:&
- Assist in the recruiting process including but not limited to; conduct second round interviews, make offers and referral policy
