PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supporting the design, order entry and manufacturability of products through the system by creation and maintenance of manufacturing configurators, bill of materials and pricing rules. This position is also responsible for system/process procedure documentation and user training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Define item masters, bill of materials and routers by conducting white board exercises communicating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Applications on issues relating to JD Edwards. This includes supporting manufacturing processes by developing cross segment edits (application rules), formulas, conditions, targeting (item cost and suggested list prices), tables and routers inan accurateandtimelymanner.
Create Sales Configurators for entry of product into JD Edwards and the CAP (Configure Apply Price) Tool. This includes supporting Sales Force Automation (SFA)applications, anddeveloping cross-segment edits (application rules and suggested options based on the original salesperson entries), formulas, conditions, tables and targeting (list prices) inan accurateandtimelymanner. In manycasesthese will be developed for use at product announcement and before theappropriate Engineeringhas been completed.
Participate in the design, preparation, and release of interactive CAP documents. These will include electronic documents that merge configuration data with documents. This will normally be a cross-functional team drawn from Marketing, Applications, and outside suppliers.
Develop andmaintainPit Detail drawings in the CAP tool. These will define the required leveler pit dimensions and materialsrequiredfor the proper installation of levelers. This position works withDesignEngineering, Order Engineering, and Applications Department to define rules and bills of material.
CAP Wizards and Dependencies. Creates andmaintainssimplified Entry Wizards and Dependencies that communicateimportant informationto the salesperson. These dependencies will vary from requirements to informational notificationsrequiredto get a "clean" quote and conversion to an order.
Works with Applications, Marketing and Engineering to define Help text for individual segments for use in JD Edwards and the CAP tool. These explain individual product options in detail with a focus on making it clearest to the salesperson.
Works with Applications and Marketing to define English Definitions for Cross-Segment Edits.
Generate a comprehensive test plan for each configuration implementation. Oversee a cross-functional team to ensure that adequate testing is performed as a prerequisite to each implementation.
Perform post implementation audits to ensure theaccuratetransfer of information from the test to the live sales and manufacturing branch plants.
Review Engineering Change Notices toidentifytheir effect on JDE coding. Implementchangethrough the JD Edwards Manufacturing System. This will includeupdating ofitem masters, bills of materials, routings,tablesand costs.
Participates in manufacturing software implementations or upgrades. This will include defining andmaintainingthe manufacturing system setup and use. It may involvedefining ofnew processes required by new software. It will include definingappropriate dataconversions andverification ofdata accuracy.
Train personnel on MRP II, PhDconceptsand other related topics.
Document applicable policies and procedures.
Recommends changes, such as design modifications to engineering or process improvements to manufacturing, to achieve standardization and simplification.
Assist with development of product structures as they relate to selection of assembly forms to ensure efficient systems adaptability.
Responsible for continuous improvement of systems, setup,processesand procedures as they relate to assigned job duties and supporting areas.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
ABachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineeringfrom afour yearcollege or university with at least two years related experiencerequired; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Successfulcandidatewillpossessknowledge of contemporary manufacturing technologies. A working knowledge of CAD, familiarity with Rite-Hite products and/or knowledge of CA-KBM PhD is preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technicalproceduresor governmental regulations. Ability towritereports, businesscorrespondenceand procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

As an Avionics Mechanical Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Vehicle Design and Integration team and will report to the Vehicle Design and Integration Manager. This team is a small group of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced mechanical systems. The harness engineer is a very cross-functional role at the convergence of the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, with significant hands-on work designing, building, integrating, and testing our harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware; expect to broaden your design and application experience. This position will be located at our facility in Mountain View, California.
Responsibilities
In your role as Avionics Mechanical Engineer you will work with the avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to define the hardware interfaces, design the detailed harnesses including definition of the harness routing, design and test enclosures for environmental protection, and design the structural mounts for securing the hardware in the airplane. You'll have the opportunity to design, install, and test your hardware on a remotely operated aircraft, and you'll be an instrumental part of how our hardware teams come together on the airplane.
Basic Success Criteria
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
2+ years experience in mechanical or avionics hardware design
Ability to route harnessing (both in CAD and physically in the airplane) in a strategic manner
Experience working with connectors, backshells, EMI shielding, and cable/wire protection methods
Experience designing and analyzing structural mounts
A love of spatial packaging
Be logical, inquisitive, and eager to both teach and learn
Preferred Criteria

What you will do
- Own the process for building payer relationships, identifying payer requirements for connection, translating requirements into user stories for the development team, coordinating implementation and testing, and ensuring the payer connection is successful in production.
- Fill the role of subject matter expert in relation to prior authorizations and notice of admission both in terms of payer requirements and overall business requirements to successfully manage prior authorizations between providers and payers.
- Identify and document the correct method of submission and status for prior authorizations to payers based on the payer requirement for specific service or CPT code including EDI 278 215/217, UMO payer portal, or Fax.
- Document payer portal prior authorization workflows for robotic process automation and work with the RPA development team to build and test new payer portal prior auth automations.
- Define and monitor key metrics for prior authorization connectivity, including transaction turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting prior authorization processes and ensure compliance in all payer connections
- Become an expert in the upcoming Da Vinci FHIR prior authorization standards and work with development and business teams to ensure successful transition to FHIR
- Work with payers and providers to establish FHIR connections for Prior Auth
- Collaborate with the development team and clearinghouse team to establish EDI connections to payers
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer and business expectations.
- Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to elicit and understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Triage errors and issues that arise and work and collaborate with other teams to resolve as needed to resolve the issues.
- Prioritize the payer connection backlog based on business value, customer impact, and development capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Apply critical thinking to streamline processes and work towards continual improvement and efficiency
- Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog and work with development and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready for development
- Work with the scrum team to ensure all tasks are completed and the committed objectives are achieved

The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator is a vital role in our healthcare organization, responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry of paper claims into our claims processing system. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, particularly in relation to Claim Acknowledgement Regulatory Turn Around Time Guidelines, with a 95% accuracy rate. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying provider/vendor and/or eligibility maintenance claim work queues for internal department review as necessary. This role also provides essential back-up for our Claims Department, including tasks such as batching, sorting, monitoring, and maintaining claim batches for audit review. The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator will also handle claims inquiry status calls.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of received paper claims into the claims processing system.
- Compliance with all regulatory guidelines, particularly those related to Claim Acknowledgement Regulatory Turn Around Time Guidelines.
- Identification of provider/vendor and/or eligibility maintenance claim work queues for internal department review as necessary.
- Providing back-up for the Claims Department, including tasks such as batching, sorting, monitoring, and maintaining claim batches for audit review.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of medical claims customer service experience in an HMO environment (i.e., MSO, IPA or Health Plan).
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of data entry experience is required. Experience working in a medical billing office or health plan is preferred.
- Must be able to key between 6,000 and 8,000 keystrokes or type 40 – 50 WPM with high accuracy for alpha and numeric data inputting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Must be detailed oriented, attentive, organized, and able to follow directions.
- Experience with medical terminology is a definite plus.
- Basic knowledge of ICD10, HCPCS and CPT codes.
- Knowledge of basic concepts of managed care.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to write and to verbally communicate effectively.

Job Overview
The Marketplace Platform Lead is responsible for driving the end?to?end technical architecture and implementation of the enterprise Data Marketplace platform. MinimumRequirements

Under general and/or immediate supervision, performs a variety of duties involved in answering 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls; analyze, prioritize, and enter calls for service via a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system; dispatch emergency personnel via multi-frequency radio system, telephone, or other communications equipment; record and monitor activities of field and communications personnel; receive incoming calls for police and emergency assistance and dispatch necessary units; perform a variety of general support duties related to dispatch activities; and related work as assigned on an assigned shift for the Police Department.Under general and/or immediate supervision, performs a variety of duties involved in receiving incoming calls for police and emergency assistance and dispatching necessary units; performs a variety of general support duties related to dispatch activities including record keeping, typing and filing; and monitors teletype communications.
POSITION SNAPSHOT: The Fontana Police Dispatcher is a non-uniformed position. A typical shift is 12-hours which predominantly takes place within the Dispatch Center of the Police Department. You will be a member of a productive team that operates in a fast-paced environment while answering calls from the public and communicating with department personnel in the field via phone, computer, or radio. This communication includes but is not limited to: call taking, working secondary and primary radio channels, collecting and/or passing information to partner jurisdictions, and accurate data-entry. The goal of a Dispatcher is to serve the community through respectful, empathetic communication with a focus on problem solving and maintaining professionalism. LATERAL POLICE DISPATCHER must have completed a probationary period as a police dispatcher in a law enforcement agency. PRE-SERVICE POLICE DISPATCHER must have completed the California POST mandated dispatcher course upon hire.
Distinguishing Characteristics:Police Dispatcher I - This is the entry level class in the Police Dispatcher series. Incumbents learn and perform a variety of duties involved in receiving, prioritizing, and transmitting emergency and non-emergency calls for service and dispatching the appropriate personnel in response to those calls. This class is distinguished from the Police Dispatcher II by the performance of the more routine tasks.
Police Dispatcher II - This is the journey level class in the Police Dispatcher series. Employees within this class are distinguished from the Police Dispatcher I level by the performance of the full range of duties as assigned. Employees are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. Positions in this class are normally filled from advancement from the I level, or when filled from the outside, require prior work experience and P.O.S.T certification. May participate in the training and evaluation of new communications staff.
Essential Functions
The incumbent must have the ability to:
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, complaints, and inquiries from the public. Evaluate and analyze information to determine jurisdiction, necessity, and response needed.
- Determine the nature and location of emergency and non-emergency calls for service, including 9-1-1 calls, and prioritize response.
- Dispatch emergency and non-emergency units as necessary and in accordance with established procedures. Use appropriate terminology and radio codes relaying to police personnel in the field via radio and mobile data computer terminals.
- Listen and comprehend radio transmissions from emergency personnel in the field; acknowledge, document, and comply with requests for action or information.
- Coordinate emergency calls and relay information and assistance requests involving other public safety agencies.
- Maintain contact with all units on assignment; maintain status and location of police field units, checking periodically to verify location, activity, and status, supplying back-up personnel and taking other appropriate steps to provide for the safety of field personnel.
- Organize and coordinate activities of field units.
- Place telephone calls to other safety agencies, City departments, City emergency crews, tow companies, ambulance services, coroner, telephone and utility companies, and others to relay information or request services, maintaining detailed record of the time and nature of each call.
- Operate CAD equipment, enhanced 9-1-1 telephone system equipment, multi-frequency radio equipment, Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD), and other relative office equipment and systems.
- Perform a variety of record keeping, filing, indexing, and other general clerical work.
- Monitor radio channels for service requests from other jurisdictions and emergency radio traffic that may affect the City's operations.
- Monitor security cameras and license plate readers to provide real-time information to field units.
- Attend patrol briefings as assigned.
- Testify in court as needed.
- Enter, update, and retrieve information on wanted persons, stolen property, vehicle registration, stolen property/vehicles, and other information from computer and teletype networks including but not limited to California Law Enforcement Teletype System (CLETS), Department of Justice (DOJ), National Law Enforcement Teletype System (NLETS)/National Crime Information Center (NCIC), etc.
- Learn departmental policies and procedures for service requests.
- Read maps, memorize streets and major hundred blocks and reasonably apply this knowledge to service requests, field unit beat assignments, and coordination of response.
- Learn police codes, practices, and methods.
- Work under pressure, exercise good judgment, and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Effectively and courteously deal with the public, including irate, upset, and difficult callers during hectic, tense, and dangerous situations.
- Work various shifts as assigned, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain effective cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Interact with co-workers at all levels in the organization in a collaborative and customer service-oriented manner.
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
- Perform all duties with the context of the City/Department's Mission Statement and Organizational Values.

Working Conditions: Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily office activities. The position also requires grasping, repetitive hand movement and finger coordination in preparing and entering data, using a computer keyboard. Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing is required when providing phone and counter service to the public. The need to lift, drag and push file, paper and documents weighing up to 25 pounds also is required.

SUMMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Supports institutional research functions in data extraction, interpretation, and presentation and helps implement a variety of data inquiries and information collection activities; extracts data from complex files and systems including the campus enterprise system (across its functional areas including students, human resources, finances, and other system areas) and Institutional Research and UMass databases; translates extracted data into other data structures for specific reports (such as the HEIRS data system for reporting unit data to the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education); applies expertise in data interpretation ensuring consistent and auditable results and interacts with campus staff and representatives of external organizations to validate existing data, obtain new data, and support information and data needs; reports data extraction and inquiry results in a variety of complex formats, including in-house publications and reports, ad-hoc reports or inquiries, and external surveys or other external data reports that can be at the federal or state levels.
EXAMPLES OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extracts data from complex files and systems including the campus enterprise system and creates and maintains SPSS databases and dictionaries.
- Translates extracted data into other data structures for specific reports, such as those for the comprehensive HEIRS data system for reporting unit data to the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
