The F-22 Raptor Team is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to advance the world’s premier air superiority fighter.

As a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor, including both enhancing existing field units with the addition of new capabilities, as well as architecting and testing completely new systems. In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team to progress our products through the development lifecycle. Tasks include developing requirements to support customer needs, designing a networked architecture to enable new capabilities, and analyzing test data.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Responsible Engineers, customer technical staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture

  • Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications in support of lab and operational environments

  • Analyzes test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

  • 9+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education

  • Ability to obtain F-22 Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

  • Capable of traveling 10% of the time

Position Summary

The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, restocking supplies, and assisting with linen distribution and guest requests. This role ensures a seamless guest experience by upholding hotel cleanliness standards and providing essential operational support. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, elevators, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards
  • Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to assigned floors or storage areas
  • Collect and transport soiled linens and trash from guest floors to designated disposal or laundry areas
  • Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are organized and fully stocked
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for extra amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, or other housekeeping needs
  • Assist in deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and furniture polishing
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
  • Follow all hotel safety and security protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking and restocking housekeeping supplies as needed
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service always
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient knowledge in cleaning experience
  • Understanding of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and service standards
  • Knowledge of proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Awareness of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
  • Understanding of inventory control and supply restocking procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ensuring public areas, hallways, and supply closets are clean and well-maintained
  • Supporting room attendants and other hotel staff by delivering linens, supplies, and assisting with

heavy lifting

  • Ability to identify and address guest needs or housekeeping concerns in a timely manner
  • Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and co-workers
  • Ability to properly use and maintain cleaning tools, carts, and equipment while following safety protocols
  • Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish and English and understand written instructions in English

Position Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining financial profitability, Forbes Five-Star service level, excellent guest response, and upkeep of the operation. Additional responsibilities include setting up floor, hands-on management during service, payroll and administrative duties, and on-going training. This position reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

  • Responsible for managing, coaching, correcting employees, maintaining a positive atmosphere & upholding standard.
  • Assist in interviewing, selection, training and retention of employees
  • Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers
  • Responsible for the financial success of the operation
  • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards
  • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
  • Complete and assign daily preparation lists
  • Communicate with General Manager as needed regarding inventory, ordering and menu details such as pricing information

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Hospitality management related degree preferred
  • 2 years of luxury hotel industry experience preferred
  • 3 years of management experience in a Fine Dining restaurant environment required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of fine dining cuisine and wine
  • Knowledge of purchasing, scheduling and payroll systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills English skills, Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety and other restaurant guidelines

Position Summary

The Jr. Sous Chef supports the Sous Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards. They assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes, manage kitchen staff during their shifts, and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
