Summary of the Position: Being of service to facilitate memorable moments, meaningful connections, and creating a reputation of excellence in hospitality by providing positive, personable interactions with our guests and our team members. To maintain expert knowledge of Pelican food and beer list, providing detailed information to guests about our menu items. Knowledgeable about our local areas and attractions to add to the guest accommodation and provide a superior level of service while maintaining speed and efficiency.
Key Accountabilities: You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service, communicating effectively and efficiently with FOH and BOH, and maintaining cleanliness and stocking of bar and facility.
Understands the importance of being hospitable, friendly, and communicative with guests to ensure a positive dining experience at the Pelican.
Communicates effectively with team members to streamline information about any ticket issues or beer changes during shift.
Responsible for maintaining knowledge of Pelican beers and able to describe them accurately to guests and other team members.
Responsible for upholding all OLCC guidelines and reporting any incidents in the logbook and to a manager immediately.
Responsible for changing kegs and maintaining a general understanding of draft lines and troubleshooting.
Responsible for helping with inventory and ordering if needed.

Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesThe Claims Litigation Director provides the highest level of specialized technical claim handling for the most serious, complex, and highly valued claim for an excess and surplus lines writer. Position requires experience in handling Commercial General Liability as well as Garage and Professional Liability claims with a focus on Legal Malpractice matters. Provides technical advice to associates and other functional areas such as, defense counsel, independents, support, and less-experienced technical staff. An ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in a prompt, courteous and professional manner is essential.
- Analyzing liability and damage issues in connection with claims made against our insureds and maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Analyzing insurance coverage issues and drafting coverage positional letters reflecting same.

A Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Weaver assists in the strategic development and execution of an appropriate transaction structure, including the execution of financial due diligence. Assist Chief Engineer in interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching and supporting associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
Manage and coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for third party vendors.
Oversee small projects, or PIPS, and manage and report on the work progress.
Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.
Paint designated areas and items.
Install and replace basic electrical fixtures.
Install, replace, and program televisions.
Perform minor plumbing functions.
Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps as well as preventative maintenance on units.
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis and complete work orders as necessary; keep accurate records of PM's on all rooms and equipment.
Maintain the building exterior and \"curb appeal\" of entire hotel grounds.
Refurbish, paint and finish furniture and fixtures as needed.
Test, examine, and maintain hotel's life safety systems to ensure they are 100% operational at all times.
Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records and coordinate compliance of service contracts.
Perform and maintain work to local, state and Federal codes.
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
High School diploma and/or trade school course work in related field preferred.
Previous engineer/maintenance experience required or equivalent training.
Local or state certifications may be required.
Work Environment and Context
Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends or alternate shifts.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling or crouching.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Paralegal & Firm Administration Support Specialist to join our team in a dual-capacity role. The paralegal component is the primary focus of this position, with support directed primarily to our Corporate, Not-for-Profit, and Litigation practice groups and, as needed, to other firm practice areas. The role also includes limited firm administration responsibilities supporting Meliora’s leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Paralegal Responsibilities (primary focus):
• Draft, edit, proofread, and process legal documents, letters, and client communications — primarily across corporate, not-for-profit, and litigation matters, with support to other practice groups as needed
• Prepare closing checklists and ancillary documents for corporate transactions
• Assist with closings, client meetings, and business development pitches
• Monitor project tasks, assignments, and deadlines; implement reminder and calendaring systems
• Assist with court filings and litigation support as needed
• Assist attorneys with client scheduling and calendar management
• Participate in practice group meetings as requested
Firm Administration Responsibilities:
• Manage the billing process, including preparation and distribution of monthly reports, finalizing and submitting client invoices
• Support the firm’s Marketing Officer with business development, marketing, and professional development initiatives, including tracking attorney CLE compliance and coordinating client events and firm initiatives
• Assist with overflow work and ad hoc projects as needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Expected pay range as of this posting: $30.00 per hour (for candidates with 5 years of relevant paralegal experience) up to $38.46 per hour commensurate with additional years of relevant experience, qualifications and skill level.
