POSITION SUMMARY: This position will have responsibility for the implementation and execution of the lean transformation process thru the use of lean tools. (i.e.: OEE, standard work process, value added stream mapping, Kaizan and others). Responsible for the direct supervision of Line Leaders, for the operational and personnel decisions related to scheduling production lines as well as the quality of the finished product. • Responsibility for providing support to their respective process team.
• Responsibility for cGMP compliance, ensuring that all production equipment is properly validated, and procedures are maintained within validated state.

Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.

The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.

Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.

An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager/Delivery Manager to lead a major Workday HCM implementation for a global biotech organization. This person will serve as the primary project driver and HR-facing point of contact, partnering closely with HR leadership, the selected System Integrator (SI), and internal technical teams.

Rate range: $85-$90 per hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday implementation experience, strong knowledge of integrations and data conversion, and the ability to provide both strategic guidance and tactical execution during a multi-phase Workday rollout.

This is a high-visibility role designed to support the Workday go‑live and evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, with a planned conversion to full-time in 2027 as the team grows.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery for the Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation.
• Serve as the main liaison between HR, the SI, internal IT teams, and project stakeholders.
• Drive project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, decision logs, and overall program governance.

HCM Implementation & Design Support

• Partner with HR SMEs and SI to support business requirements, design sessions, configuration discussions, and functional validation.
• Act as the “voice of reason” to ensure alignment, quality, and adherence to best practices.

Integrations & Data

• Lead the integration workstream in partnership with internal technical resources.
• Provide expertise on integration strategy, sequencing, and data flow requirements.
• Support data migration planning, load sequencing, reconciliation, and validation (QA, sanity checks).
• Collaborate with teams to prepare, cleanse, and validate data for conversion cycles.

Reporting & Analytics

• Assist with Workday reporting needs, ensuring HR has the necessary outputs for testing, go-live, and post‑production support.

Audit & Compliance

• Advise on Workday’s built-in audit capabilities and assess whether external tools may be needed.
• Provide recommendations for audit frameworks, controls, and ongoing data quality processes.

Go-Live & Hypercare

• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post‑launch stabilization.
• Act as ongoing business support until the role transitions into a full-time HR tech function.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience including at least 2–3 full implementation cycles.
• Strong background in project management or delivery management roles within HR technology.
• Experience partnering with or managing SIs during Workday deployments.
• Hands-on exposure to data conversion, integrations, reporting, and functional validation.
• Ability to guide HR stakeholders, challenge technical recommendations, and drive clarity and alignment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfort leading cross-functional teams, and strong decision-making abilities.
• Workday certification a plus, but not required.
• Experience with PeopleSoft is not required.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with future Workday phases including Benefits, Recruiting, or other HCM modules.
• Background in HR auditing, controls, or system governance.
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience.

About the role:

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary AI Engineer to design, implement, and deploy LLM-driven agents with strong backend and front-end integration. You’ll be leading efforts across LLM agent design, prompting, fine-tuning, and MLOps, while building real-world, production-grade applications with modern web technologies.

The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in Python and AI with practical experience in agent frameworks like LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK, as well as FastAPI and front-end development.

What you’ll do:

LLM Agents & Prompt Engineering

• Architect and implement LLM agents using frameworks like LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK.
• Build composable, tool-augmented reasoning chains (e.g., RAG, CoT, ReAct, planner-executor).
• Integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector) and knowledge graphs (Neo4j) to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and long-term chatbot memory.
• Design and maintain high-quality prompt strategies for robustness and reliability.

FastAPI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Backend

• Develop and maintain scalable APIs using FastAPI, supporting synchronous and asynchronous agent execution.
• Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure and structured access to external data and tools within agent workflows.
• Implement state tracking, context-aware input dispatch, and modular plugin integration within the control plane.

Evaluation, Testing & Observability

• Build unit and behavioral tests for agents, tools, and workflows.
• Develop tooling for trace analysis, agent state debugging, and hallucination tracking.
• Compare and benchmark agent orchestration frameworks for trade-offs in speed, reliability, and usability.

Model Fine-Tuning & MLOps

• Fine-tune models using LoRA, QLoRA, or full fine-tuning pipelines.
• Integrate, deploy, and monitor models in production using cloud providers.
• Set up agent logging, observability dashboards, and recovery workflows.

Front-End & UX

• Familiar with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of front-end and back-end integration for AI tools
• Ability to build basic dashboards or agent interfaces
• Integrate agents into interfaces
• Speak the language of UI 

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years experience with Python in ML/AI systems and PyTorch or Tensorflow
• 1+ years experience with LLM agent development, prompt engineering, and frameworks like
• LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
• Familiarity using vector stores like ChromaDB, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Production experience with FastAPI, Docker, and MLOps
• Expert in Agentic Coding IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor or Claude Code)
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science

Nice to have:

• Open-source contributions to LLM/agent tooling
• Knowledge of async programming, websockets, and streaming APIs
