Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Immediate 401k Vesting Job Details What You’ll Do: Automation & Robotics Support Support day-to-day operation of robotic cells, automated assembly equipment, and conveyor systems Perform robot recoveries, jog robots with OEM pendants, and execute homing and frame checks Troubleshoot sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and motion components Electrical & Controls Troubleshooting Diagnose issues related to sensors, solenoids, cabling, and remote I/O Use I/O status and system behavior to track down faults Interpret basic ladder logic for troubleshooting (no programming required) Mechanical Maintenance Maintain drives, gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, and conveyors Perform alignments, adjustments, and preventive maintenance System-Level Problem Solving Use structured troubleshooting to resolve downtime issues Restore equipment operation safely and efficiently Document root causes, actions taken, and abnormalities What You Bring: Hands-on maintenance experience in mechanical and/or electrical systems Basic understanding of automation equipment and schematics Ability to use hand tools, multimeters, and HMIs Curiosity and willingness to learn robotics, controls, and PLC fundamentals Nice to Have: Exposure to industrial robots or automated machinery Experience with sensors, pneumatics, conveyors, or safety interlocks Understanding of basic controls concepts or I/O systems Career Growth: This role offers a clear path to advance into robotics, automation troubleshooting, and controls support depending on your interests and initiative.
