- Present the estimate to internal and external clients.
- Lead estimating teams for completion of pre-construction services.
- Responsible for cost history, data base management and estimating process.
- Approve price general conditions, indirect costs and review as provided by project management team.
- Make final recommendations as to fee, contingency and escalation.
- Develop strategy on contract partnering agreements.
- Verify and approve estimates for joint venture reviews.
- Review and validate value engineering items, alternates and options.
- Responsible for the accuracy and validity of estimate clarifications and assumptions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- 7 years of direct project estimating experience required (targeting 15+ years of experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert with Microsoft Office, ConEst and K-base.

High Priority Opening: Quality Manager
We are moving quickly to find a Hands-on Quality Manager to lead an experienced QA team in a cGMP facility. Manager will own and safeguard our NSF certification in both cosmetic and supplemental manufacturing, build preventive systems, and ensure full FDA compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations.
The Experience Required:
· Minimum of two years leading a quality management team in a CFR-regulated environment.
· Minimum of five years’ experience working with CFR regulations
What You’ll Do
- Prioritize customers and work closely with them on aligning products with quality standards and using feedback to drive improvements
- Lead NSF International audits & maintain certifications (NSF/ANSI 455)
- Build and improve QA systems, SOPs, CAPA, change control, and supplier programs
- Ensure 21 CFR 111 (supplements) and cosmetic GMP/MoCRA compliance
- Manage QA, Regulatory, and QC teams (coaching, reviews, training)
- Run internal audits, root-cause investigations, and quality KPIs
- Partner with Production & R&D on new products and preventive controls
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, etc.)
- 2–5 years managing a QA team
- Hands-on NSF audit/certification experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP and preventive quality systems
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems

Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Mount Kisco, NY,
Contract: 04 months with possible contract to hire
Shift: Monday to Friday (08:00 am - 05:00 pm)
Hours Per week: 40 hours per week.
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible as to what tasks will be conducted on a daily basis): Intake of patients to include vitals, documentation and hand-off to MD/APC. Follow up on clinical tasks and direct patient care.
