Supervision ratio typically ranges from 1:2 to 1:3, fostering collaborative care.

Facility Information: The facility boasts 10 operating rooms equipped with GE Carestation 650s.

Utilizes EPIC EMR for seamless documentation and workflow management.

Credentialing and Requirements: Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days.

Certification requirements include BLS and NBCRNA certification.

Must hold an active Colorado license or IMLC (with LOQ in hand at the time of submission).

COVID vaccination is required, along with a clean malpractice/background record.

Candidates must disclose their years of Epic experience and the last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC.

Rate Cap: Candidates must meet the rate cap of $255 per hour, inclusive of all travel expenses.
