Delivery Coverage: Responsibilities include attending deliveries for high-risk Vaginal Deliveries and C-sections.
Resuscitation: Conducting neonatal resuscitation when required.
Procedures: Performing necessary procedures such as central line placement, intubation, chest tube insertion, and exchange transfusion.
Daily Rounds: Participating in daily rounds in the NICU.
Admissions and Discharges: Managing admissions and discharges in both the NICU and Newborn Nursery.
