Estate Planning Attorney

Busy small preeminent Edina law firm with great clients and a deep book is looking for a part time estate planning associate or independent contractor attorney, with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities would include drafting simple to complex estate planning and business succession planning documents, handling a variety of probate and trust administration matters, assisting the firm's senior attorney and paralegals on various other trust and estate work, and managing client files and projects.
