Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
License/Certification:
Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification.
Other:
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
Note:
May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision.

Responsible for managing clinical nutrition, diet office and dietary needs of the patients. Administrative responsibilities include department’s Performance Improvement, formulary, and assists in meeting all state, federal and The Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a closely related field approved by the American Dietetic Association
Experience:
At least two years clinical experience in an acute care hospital or institutional food service facility
License/Certification:
Valid registration as a Registered Dietician from the American Dietetics Association (ADA). State licensure as required by Nevada State Law. Specialty certification (CDE, CNSD, CSP, CDR) may be required for a specialty position.
Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
