Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. - Perform precision soldering, including work with small components
- Follow all safety procedures, including laser safety requirements
- Construct, test, and calibrate engineering and production robotic/computer-controlled assembly systems
