Job Title: Project Specialist

The Program Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of organizational programs through the coordination and execution of quality and improvement initiatives. This role provides strategic guidance to teams and stakeholders, oversees the progress and operations of programs, and manages communication, roll-out, and facilitation of assigned initiatives. The Program Manager plays a leadership role within the Office of Academic Affairs, which broadly supports hospital operations related to graduate medical education, human subjects' research, professional students, and medical staff. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage program operations, including planning, organizing, coordination, and implementation to achieve objectives.

- Provide strategic input and leadership in program and process development; drive continuous improvement.
- Manage special projects, including but not limited to process development, stakeholder relationships, and data analysis.

Education:
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field (Required).
- Experience may substitute for part of the educational requirement, depending on relevance and depth.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical program management and systems implementation within a healthcare environment.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) β must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained if working in LA City.

- Demonstrated project management expertise in complex, matrixed organizations.

About the Role:
As a HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
- Assign tasks to team members. Ensure all duties are done in a timely manner.

- JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules. The Manufacturing Technician I ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- The Manufacturing Technician I will assemble products by using a variety of specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly produce/assemble/test medical devices.

Introduction:
The team developing industry leading X-ray generation subsystems (i.e.. tubes and generators) is looking for highly motivated engineers to join them in the sustainment efforts to maintain the large installed base of the imaging scanners that use these X-ray generation subsystems in the field.
This engineer will be working on compliance change notices and the subsequent required design changes that impact our products and reporting. In addition, will work part time on field data gathering and processing to support field escalations as well product quality surveillance and improvement.
Job Description:
- Drive design change activities related to required compliance notifications (such as Rohs/Reach/Plastics and reporting/labeling needs).
- Collaborate with the Installed base and field service engineering teams to gather and analyze field failure data necessary to effectively monitor and identify product quality improvement.
- Lead field failure data collection and cleansing of X-Ray Tubes and generators in the Installed Base.
Tools/Technologies
- Competence with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Competence with PLM systems such as 3D experience or PTC Windchill
- Knowledge of Rohs/Reach requirements and the newer definitions of PFAS regulations
- Familiarity with SQL, visualization tools (E.g. Tableau, PowerBI )
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
