Job Title: Client Relationship Manager


Location: Miami, FL

This person will work directly with one of our Co-Chairman/Owners.


Responsibilities:

·        Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of key business connections and industry relationships.

·        Leverage understanding of existing connections to help make strategic decisions.

·        Schedule and conduct regular review sessions with the Co-Chairman/Owner to discuss relationship status and follow-up.

·        Proactively manage and nurture relationships with industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.

·        Coordinate and attend high-profile events, conferences, and networking functions.

·        Identify strategic event and conference opportunities for leadership participation and visibility.

·        Plan and oversee exclusive company-hosted events, ensuring flawless execution and impactful guest experiences.

·        Draft and prepare briefing materials, talking points, and post-event reports for senior leadership.


Requirements:

·        7+ years of experience in public relations, client relationship management, or executive-level support in a high-profile business environment such as investment banks, wealth managers, private equity, venture capital and top consulting firms.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·        A thirst for knowledge and learning.

·        Poised, polished, and possessing an excellent professional demeanor, with the ability to work comfortably with a wide range of levels and management including professionals, politicians, and senior officials.

·        Willingness to work as needed while maintaining a flexible schedule.

·        The ideal candidate should be extremely well organized and detail-oriented.

·        Desire to work in a fast-paced fun environment is necessary, with the ability to multi-task, shift direction easily, and prioritize while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

·        A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role, as well as a commitment to superior service.

·        Must have a positive disposition and a “can-do” approach.


Remuneration is commensurate with skills and experience.
