Job Summary: We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive focused on new customer acquisition to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into customers through a disciplined, consultative sales process.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives on building pipeline, creating new relationships, and closing net-new business. You’ll work closely with marketing, product and leadership to convert inbound interest, develop outbound opportunities, and move prospects through the funnel from initial engagement to signed agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new customers from prospecting to close
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone, and social channels
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and priorities
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate clear value
- Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up and campaign execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets
What Success Looks Like
- Strong pipeline generation through both inbound and outbound activity
- Consistent movement of deals through the funnel stages
- Predictable conversion from qualification → proposal → close
- Meeting or exceeding new revenue and activity targets
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a full-cycle Account Executive role
- Proven track record of net-new business acquisition
- Experience managing deals through a structured sales process
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Ability to run consultative discovery conversations
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
