Position Overview
Anode is seeking its first Director of Supply Chain to establish the foundation of our sourcing, procurement, and cost-management disciplines. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role that will evolve into a leadership position as Anode transitions from low-volume prototype builds to serialized production in 2027.
You will manage procurement activities spanning rapid prototype component sourcing to multi-million-dollar supply agreements with OEM partners. You will build and maintain the manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM), establish supplier relationships, and ensure that realized and projected costs are clear, traceable, and actionable. A critical near-term priority is developing a contract manufacturing partnership in 2026 to support Anode’s path to high-volume manufacturing. As our organization scales, you will shape sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and manufacturing partnerships—laying the groundwork for a supply chain that can grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Manufacturing Partnership: Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of a contract manufacturing partner in 2026 to support both low-volume prototype production and future high-volume serialized manufacturing. Define technical requirements, establish quality standards, and structure partnerships that can scale with product demand.
- Supplier Development & Management: Develop and manage a diverse supplier base spanning local fabricators, component distributors, and major OEM partners. Negotiate terms, monitor performance, and maintain trusted relationships that balance cost, quality, and delivery schedule.
- Cost Management & MBOM Ownership: Build and maintain organized, accurate manufacturing bills of materials that reflect both realized prototype costs and projected production costs. Work with engineering teams to capture design changes and ensure cost implications are visible and tracked.
- Strategic Sourcing & Risk Mitigation: Navigate evolving tariffs, supply disruptions, and regional manufacturing dynamics. Identify alternate sources, evaluate total cost of ownership, and develop long-term sourcing strategies that balance cost competitiveness with supply chain resilience.
- Procurement Execution: Own day-to-day purchasing activities across mechanical, electrical, and system components—driving competitive quotes, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to support rapid hardware iteration and prototype builds.
- Operational Foundation: Establish scalable supply chain processes, documentation practices, and cost-modeling frameworks that will support the transition to serialized production—creating systems and standards that can mature with the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to translate design requirements into sourcing strategies, manage component lead times, and resolve supply-related technical or schedule challenges.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement roles within hardware or manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to operate both tactically and strategically—comfortable managing immediate procurement needs while building long-term sourcing plans
- Demonstrated success managing complex supplier bases across varied component categories and price points
- Experience with cost tracking, BOM maintenance, and supplier negotiations for electromechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials; comfortable engaging directly with engineers to clarify requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Preferred:
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and onboarding contract manufacturers for electromechanical or energy systems
- Background in energy storage, electric vehicles, heavy equipment, or other electrified hardware systems
- Experience scaling manufacturing operations from prototype to low-volume and high-volume production
- Understanding of contract manufacturing models, quality systems (ISO, AS9100, etc.), and supplier qualification processes
- Familiarity with tariff impacts, regional sourcing strategies, and cost-reduction methodologies
- Experience with ERP or PLM systems for BOM and procurement management

About the Role
The Production Supervisor role is responsible for the production of epitaxial materials as well as monitoring of the manufacturing process. This role focusses on the coordination and supervision of the Production team to ensure production processes run efficiently, safely and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor will be required to:
- Support a high level of cleanliness by completing scheduled housekeeping tasks.
- Comply with all company policies, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and record keeping requirements.
- Comply with all EHS protocols and requirements.
- Comply with all health and safety, HR, environmental quality and cybersecurity guidelines and procedures internally and within the scope of business, ISO, and regulatory requirements as it pertains to the job function.
- Have clear understanding of chemicals and substances in the workplace and follow strict guidance for handling of such substances, which could include PPE requirements.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote teamwork across departments.
- The role may require a degree of flexibility in working hours, which will be discussed and agreed to support both individual and organizational needs.
- Split work between the cleanroom environment, following all required protocols and procedures and the office.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Production team, setting priorities agreed with other cross-departmental supervisors.
- Establish programs and solutions for improved performance of operations equipment using Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Lead projects and be accountable for ongoing objectives.
- Accountable for the documentation of safe working practices.
- Manages assigned team members and is responsible for the performance of the team.
- Conducts regular performance evaluations to provide consistent coaching and feedback.
- Have advanced experience and competence in the following:
- All manufacturing systems to carry out routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Have advanced experience and competence in ILM (In-Line metrology) tools with an understanding of application and operation.
- Scheduled routine calibration and monitoring tasks.
- Relevant manufacturing systems to follow and process routine tasks accurately, recording all works carried out for traceability.
- Have advanced understanding of wafer defects and continually monitor defects to reduce their occurrence.
- Instruct and mentor Operators and Technicians in various aspects of manufacturing process.
- Create and review all documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, as well as effectiveness of training.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
- Have specialist experience and competence with troubleshooting.
- Liaise with other site functions to ensure daily targets are met.
- Be actively involved with the Emergency Response Team (ERT), providing feedback to the safety team on areas of improvement within the work environment.

- Advanced experience in Production, Operations or equivalent manufacturing field.
- 6+ Years experience in Production, Operations or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or knowledge is desirable.

Sr Program Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing & Supply Chain Decarbonization
IntePros is seeking a Sr Project Manager to identify, structure, and deploy projects that reduce emissions across semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations, supporting climate commitments.
This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on decarbonization, operational innovation, and measurable emissions reductions while partnering with engineering, procurement, operations, and sustainability teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify emissions reduction opportunities across semiconductor manufacturing and supply chains
- Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and implementation roadmaps for decarbonization initiatives
- Lead innovation projects from concept through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, and sustainability
- Serve as a subject matter expert on semiconductor manufacturing processes and emissions sources
- Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure project and emissions impact
- Document outcomes and prepare final program reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, innovation, or operations within semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience leading complex innovation or operational improvement projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
- Ability to work independently and deliver impact quickly in a contract role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sustainability or decarbonization initiatives in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions

The Role: Make an Impact
The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
- Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
- Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
- Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.
- Assist the Lactalis US Yogurt sourcing and sustainability teams with other projects related to organic transition planning for prospective Stonyfield direct supply farms, organic training, and sustainability in other agricultural ingredient supply chains.

- Travel may be required up to 25% monthly. Travel will be within the Northeast region, either using your own vehicle or a rental.
