What You’ll Do:
- Direct all housekeeping activities for the resort, including but not limited to room housekeeping (condos and resort), common areas, laundry, lost and found, turndown service, and housemen.
- Provide training for and maintain safety and security standards for equipment, supplies, associates, and work areas.
- Ensure the quality of service for the resort rooms, public areas, and offices, including any outlets leased or rented to third parties, as applicable.
- Assigning housekeeping workloads for optimum service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Housekeeping experience with properties (Hotels and Resorts) more than 500 rooms is preferred. Having a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort are helpful.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions and statistical analysis.
- Prior experience with inventory control relates to equipment, supplies, linen, and other FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and expenditures).
Preferred Requirements
- Bilingual, in Spanish and English.
- Experience with a property of 500 rooms or more.
- Formal training or hands-on education in hotel management and operations.

What You’ll Do as a Security Supervisor:
- Lead and support Security personnel to ensure daily procedures and responsibilities are followed according to corporate policy and state regulations.

In this role, you’ll oversee the banquet kitchen operations and support the preparation and execution of high-quality food for all banquet events. What You’ll Do:

General Summary Of Duties:
Using various types of equipment, materials and techniques, maintain the physical appearance of the Hotel's guest rooms, corridors, foyers and storerooms at levels of standards set by management. Remove and compact trash from Hotel floors and keep the department supply areas organized and clean. Perform inventories and deliver/stock supplies as required.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
- Conduct inventory of supply room.
- Write up orders to maintain supplies at par levels for operation.
- Receive and transport supplies from the receiving dock, and deliver/stock supply rooms.
- Sweep and mop supply room to ensure cleanliness.
- Transport all trash from guestroom floors and trash disposal rooms to the compactor area.
- Clean and sanitize disposal rooms and compactor area.
- Maintain/clean the equipment necessary to perform duty.
- Remove/replace and store furnishings for guestrooms, foyers, storerooms and corridors as directed.
- Communicate in written format the status of work performed including descriptions, dates and times of such work completion.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information within Hotel guidelines.
- Attend meetings as directed to gather/obtain/communicate information about guest services/requests or job performance.

- Ability to comprehend verbal English sufficient to understand job requests from supervisor, guests, and co-workers.

Responsibilities :
Demonstrates strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, perform preventative & corrective maintenance, & troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment. Respond work requests within areas of the Resorts; ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools, etc.) Excellent knowledge of carpentry, maintenance and building materials. Must exhibit a positive, friendly attitude towards Cast Members and Guests to maintain n the world-class quality of the Disney Experience.
Basic Qualifications :
Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work at various heights
- This is a full-time position and requires you to be fully available any shift, any day of the week
- You will also be required to be fully available on national/state holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be helpful if you also had the ability to speak a language other than English, and had previous experience with Resort Maintenance
