The Project Support Analyst supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing organizational, administrative, and reporting support across a portfolio of projects. This role ensures project information is accurate, timely, and aligned with PMO standards, enabling Project Managers and leadership to focus on delivery, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
The Project Support Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining project discipline, transparency, and execution consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation in accordance with PMO standards
- Ensure project artifacts (charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports) are current and complete
- Support governance processes including stage gates, approvals, and audits
- Assist with project onboarding and closeout activities
- Track task-level progress, milestones, and dependencies
- Update project timelines and highlight schedule variances
- Monitor % complete and identify potential delivery risks
- Support reforecasting and plan adjustments as required
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports
- Maintain risks, issues, assumptions, and dependency logs
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Escalate issues and blockers to PMO leadership
- Track project resource assignments and allocations
- Support capacity planning and resource utilization reviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources
- Assist with resolving minor resource conflicts
- Track project budget, actuals, and forecasts
- Support purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Assist with financial reporting and governance reviews
- Maintain project data in PMO tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Resource Management, Teams)
- Ensure data quality for dashboards and executive reporting
- Support adherence to PMO processes and templates
- Assist with continuous improvement of PMO tools and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working within a formal PMO
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Experience with Smartsheet, Resource Management, or similar platforms

As a member of the Company’s outside sales staff you will be responsible for developing and managing established as well as new customers, by selling products and services that existing customers buy from NEFCO and prospecting for new customers to achieve sales and profitability goals. Candidate must be able to call on commercial construction job sites as well as contractor offices.
Responsibilities:
- Daily rigorous travel in assigned territory to both COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION JOBSITES and CONTRACTOR HOME OFFICES; the job requires you to get in and out of your vehicle at a high frequency call rate; the job requires you to navigate job sites with potentially uneven terrain
- Represent the Company professionally with Customers and prospects in your specified territory and specific account/jobsite assignments
- Primary owner of customer relationship with day to day customer relations and service; make special or emergency deliveries
- Regular frequency of quality sales calls to Customers and prospects in an economical and systematic order
- Introduce new products and make joint sales calls with Vendor Reps and NEFCO Sales Management
- Assist inside sales as necessary during the quote/order process and develop a strong and positive working relationship with inside sales
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in following up on quotes generated by inside sales staff
- Consult with Sales Management on large quote opportunities
- Share competitive information with the Inside Sales team to facilitate strong quoting activity
- Develop new business; identify prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases, as well as business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in industry organizations
- Use the NEFCO CRM system as a sales tool to record activities and facilitate transactional follow up in compliance with Company guidelines
- Utilize catalogs brochures and marketing literature
- Demonstrate a competent understanding of spec sheets, submittal requirements for your customers on their key jobsites
- Attend sales meetings and product training sessions as required
- Assist in solving customer complaints, problems, and assist with delinquent accounts (as needed)
- Provide assistance in the development and implementation of sales plans for the territory
- Attend periodic sales meetings with the Regional Manager to review forecasts and territory activities
- Represent the Company at all times in a professional manner
- Must be flexible in scheduling sales calls; Normal operating hours at commercial construction jobsites begin at 6:00am and home offices are typically open until 5:00pm
- Perform other duties inherent as an outside sales representative
Requirements/Skills:
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in fast pace, high pressure environment.
- Excellent technology skills and capability to adeptly operate NEFCO’s CRM software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be goal oriented, have personal integrity and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Experience:
- Degree is preferred (although industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- 1-2 years of work experience (preferably in construction supply sales).
- The ideal candidate would have previous sales experience with mechanical or electrical contractors. Previous outside sales experience is also a plus.
Job Summary: Senior Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for entering and managing the quote and order process for NEFCO’s Customers. As the most experienced members of Inside Sales, Sr. Inside Sales Reps are responsible for managing customer relationships and driving new business.
Job Duties:
- Receive and process requests directly from customers and outside sales (via phone, email, fax, website ordering) for price quotations, product availability, and orders in a timely manner- specifically, key regional/national customer accounts;
- Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer and vendor relationships through targeted phone calls and customer visits as needed;
- Meeting and exceeding top and bottom line sales and gross profit goals both individually and a cohesive sales team;
- Sell and service customers providing pricing and product application information;
- Generate add-on sales by anticipating other products that a customer may need but has not ordered yet;
- Input all orders into sales order system in a timely manner;
- Schedule orders according to customer requirements;
- Source materials that NEFCO does not keep in stock through interaction with purchasing team;
- Communicate consistently with Customers, Outside Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Managers and Operations Managers;
- Keep supervisors apprised of customer issues as warranted;
- Provide promotional literature and product information as requested;
- Maintain proficiency in NEFCO product catalogs, Eclipse, Microsoft Office Suite;
- Maintain product and industry proficiency via training on various vendor product platforms and Evergreen Marketing Group, as needed; and
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
Qualifications:
