  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Municipal or local electrical license, certification, or equivalent documented field experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
