- Float across multiple units including General MS-Tele, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
- May float to different acuity levels including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele
- Nurse to patient ratio of 1:5-6 based on acuity
- Required to titrate Heparin drips
- Care for adult and geriatric populations with various diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, oncology, renal, post-surgical, and general medicine patients
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
- Must have 2 years of MS-Tele experience required, prior neuro experience preferred
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
- Epic charting system used
- Must obtain housing within feasible distance for 60-mile float radius
