Administrative Assistant
Job Description
LHH is currently partnering with a well-known organization in the Lutherville, MD area to bring on a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This role is designed to provide immediate administrative support and help the HR team and broader organization stay organized and efficient.
Location: Lutherville, MD
Duration: 3+ months (Temporary)
Pay: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5 days/week, onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support team operations.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Maintain high-level Word skills for document creation, editing, and formatting.
- Assist with filing, organizing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with local teams to ensure smooth workflow and support urgent requests.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in the office.
