Job Summary

The National Account Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

• Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions, meeting business goals and objectives for a national account across North America.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor, and manage their direct management team, along with the Security Officers in the assigned region
• Ensure subordinate supervisors understand and deliver orders, ensure sufficient resources are available to support and/or establish posts in a timely fashion, and are appropriately filled according to contract requirements and post orders
• Serve as Inter-Con’s National contract liaison with client representatives to ensure delivery of the highest quality of service within a limited turnaround time
• Oversee the training and operational employment of Account Managers, Field Supervisors and Security Officers
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times
• Keep the Senior Vice President of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner

Other Requirements or Competencies

• Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint).
• An understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.
• A great communicator that gets the value of teamwork. Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo, ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience in an operations management and project management role.

As an Investigator with the Intelligence Solutions team, you leverage your experience to proactively conduct research, analyze data, write reports, and present your investigative findings to both team members and customers. You are confident in advocating for the Chainalysis mission of bringing trust to blockchains and are proficient in leveraging our tools and data to develop insights into illicit activity trends in cryptocurrency and their impact on our customers. By collaborating with team members across Chainalysis, you will help support the most intricate financial crime investigations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with team members and across Chainalysis to support complex cryptocurrency investigations
• Provide investigative and analytic support for technical and highly sensitive investigations and initiatives pertaining to blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency-based crime
• Conduct research and data analysis, author investigative reports, and present those findings to team members and customers
• Review the adequacy and completeness of investigations and the data collection methods to determine the authenticity, accuracy, and relevance of that dataresulting in more thorough investigations and analytic assessments

We're looking for candidates who have:

• An active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph
• Familiarity with Chainalysis Reactor and data (or similar industry products) and experience with cryptocurrency tracing and blockchain technology
• Previous intelligence analysis experience conducting complex financial crime or cyber-related investigations for the U.S. federal government
• A degree in cybersecurity, intelligence, criminal justice, forensic accounting, data analysis, or similar subjects
• Experience conducting open source research using public information and private databases
• Proficiency in reporting on complex topics
• An interest in and/or passion for blockchain/cryptocurrency technology

Nice-to-have qualities and skills:

• Previous professional or personal experience in the DeFi space
• Working knowledge of (or proficiency in) SQL and Python

Job Description:

• Security Officer Covers posts (e.g., customer counter, employee, vehicle entrances, guard houses, gates, construction gates, parking lot, perimeter, etc.)
• Screens employees (in/out) and personal baggage at pedestrian and vehicle entrances
• Verifies seal controls on vehicles at gateway (cut and apply seals)
• Verifies identity badges of personnel for clearance, screen vehicles

Typical Duties:

• Provide unarmed security services on foot or by vehicle to perform customer service, fare inspection, and civil enforcement actions across the entire alignment.
• Lead interactions with the public and customers from a customer service approach while trained and prepared to adopt a security or civil enforcement posture.
• Identify and report security and safety violations.
• Inspect 20% of all fares system-wide each day.
• Monitor the system for the possibility of public disturbances.
• Issue civil citations for violations of transit-related ordinances and testify in court regarding those ordinances, if necessary.
• Assist in emergency situations, including, but not limited to, special events, crowd control, service interruptions, collisions, and fire or life safety incidents.
• Exercise the Agency's civil authority to enforce the removal of individuals who are trespassing on Agency property, with the assistance of local law enforcement when necessary.
• Notify law enforcement of any illegal activity, provide a documented account of all activity witnessed, and assist law enforcement as required.
• Take prompt action to address security incidents and, to the extent observed, accidents, fire, property damage, and safety hazards.

Qualifications:

U.S. citizen or authorization to work in the U.S.

21 years of age or older.

Valid Arizona State Driver's License, if in a position that requires driving.

Possess a valid security guard license.

Possess current First Aid and CPR certification cards and be familiar with an AED defibrillator.

High school graduate or equivalent.

One year experience as a security guard, member of the military, or police officer. Preferred security experience includes forward-facing customer engagement, de-escalation, crisis management, and professional communication. Three years of forward-facing customer service experience may be substituted for one year of the required security experience.

• Must be fully capable of performing the full range of security work requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift hours.
• Exhibit good general health without physical defects or abnormalities which would interfere with the performance of duties under the contract.
• Must possess a good distance vision in each eye, correct to 20/30 on the Snellen chart. In addition to that, must possess normal fields of vision, good depth perception, close vision correctable to Jaeger #4 type test of both eyes, and ability to distinguish basic colors.
• Hearing loss must not exceed 30 decibels in both ears or 35 decibels in the poorer ear.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

CNA is hiring for the role of part-time Security Guard / Facilities Escort for weekends and holidays. This position is part of the Chief Security Office and is responsible for physical and data security at CNA headquarters with 24/7 security presence, to include front desk staffing, roving patrols and escorting. This position ensures the highest quality security services and preserve order in the protection of personnel, property, and sensitive information by enforcing security regulations, responding to alarms, and conducting security patrols and inspections. This position is responsible for access control, visitor management, and reporting security breaches. They may handle emergency situations, maintain logs, and prepare reports. This position provides escort services to visitors and conduct security inspections. The three weekend shifts CNA is hiring for is 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 - 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Eastern Time.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND / OR DUTIES

2. Ensure compliance with established security policies, site-specific performance and procedures, and adhere to post orders.
   
   
3. Manage entry and exit points, screen visitors and employees, and control the movement of people and vehicles.
   
   
4. Conduct regular patrols to monitor the facility, identify potential security risks, and deter unauthorized access.
   
   
5. Respond to security alarms, fire alarms, and other incidents while following established protocols.
   
   
6. Document security incidents, visitor logs, preparing reports for management and other relevant information.
   
   
7. Greet visitors and employees in a professional and welcoming manner, verify identities, grant access to specific areas and issue visitor identification badges.
   
   
8. Answer questions and assist guests and employees.
   
   
9. Open/close, lock/unlock sensitive rooms and areas.
   
   
10. Conduct personal sweeps in closed areas; monitor prohibited items in certain areas.
    
    
11. Correspond and interact with corporate security personnel regarding orders and execution.
    
    
12. Protect classified materials and ensure proper handling and storage according to regulations.
    
    
13. Act as a first responder in emergency situations, assisting and coordinating with other emergency personnel.
    
    
14. Explain security procedures and report incidents.
    
    
15. Identify and resolve security issues, respond to emergencies, and make sound judgments.
    
    
16. Accurately maintain records and follow procedures.
    
    
17. Communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and other relevant parties regarding security matters.
    
    
18. Escort cleaning and other contractor personnel. Identify facility maintenance, repair, and cleaning issues and report for resolution.
    
    
19. Perform other duties as assigned.
    
    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience with high-level security experience on DOD or military site preferred. Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) certification preferred.

3. Skills: Familiarity with security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant regulations. Familiarity / knowledge of DISS (Defense Information System for Security). Meticulous attention to detail. Basic computer skills to operate security systems and prepare reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate and explain dynamic situations coherently. Understand accountability and lead by example.

4. Clearance: Must have a current active secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance preferred.

5. Other: Ability to lift up to 35Ibs and move office equipment. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Ability to work a flexible schedule. This position is not eligible for telecommuting or hybrid work arrangements.
