Coordinate and lead weekly wound rounds, ensuring comprehensive assessment, accurate documentation, and effective care planning.
Collaborate on potential admissions with skin/wound needs, ensuring a smooth and well-prepared transition for new residents.

Lead the team review of all new patient admissions and readmissions for skin integrity needs, identifying risk factors, existing impairments, and coordinating necessary interventions and supplies.

Lead the team evaluation of all new skin/wound conditions within 48 hours of admission, providing expert inspection and ensuring accurate reporting and goal setting.

Manage specialty support surfaces, ensuring appropriate utilization, collaborating on audits, and leading quality improvement initiatives related to surface management.

Ensure staff competency, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate clinical reviews for extended negative pressure wound therapy use.
Collaborate to ensure appropriate product utilization and support the nursing process for continence and incontinence management.

Offer direction on new in-house wounds, survey queries, and drive root cause analysis and process improvement.

Provide bedside training and coaching to all staff on skin and wound care best practices and documentation.

Qualifications:

RN; or MPT/DPT with senior operations approval

Must be licensed in the state where position exists

Completion Skin Health Team Lead orientation training within 90 days of hire

Completion of Wound Basics within 90 days of hire

Commitment to complete Advanced Wound Training and completion of a national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire

For those hired with wound certification, completion of a fast-track hybrid program for regulatory wound care requirements will be provided

Knowledge and experience with clinical charting (computerized and paper), incident reporting and investigation response
Strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team

Our Transload Operators are responsible for the unloading of sand at facilities. Responsibilities include moving rail cars into position, monitoring flows, directing sand to appropriate truck or silo, and preparing empty cars for transit.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Unload sand at transload facilities.
  2. Inspect, troubleshoot and repair equipment and carry out regular maintenance.
  3. Participate in the construction of facilities and installation of equipment.
  4. Assist as directed at transload facilities; observe use of equipment and observe railcar operations while in training.
  5. Report orally and in writing to supervisors; maintain records (i.e. daily reports and maintenance logs).
  6. Assist truck drivers with loading as needed.
  7. Keep facilities orderly and clean (including but not limited to removing spilled sand, clean spilled grease, oil and paint.)
  8. Additional tasks that may from time to time be assigned.

  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required

 

Experience & Skills:

  1. 6 months to 1 year work experience
  2. Self-motivated.

About the Role

The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. These professionals will collaborate closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver technically sound and constructible solutions.

The Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will take on expanded technical leadership, detailed system design responsibility, and mentorship of junior staff.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for both roles include:

• Conceptualize electrical systems and communicate design strategies to clients and stakeholders

• Develop high quality construction documents and technical specifications

Qualifications

MEP Electrical Engineer

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA codes, and applicable building codes

JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, plan, coordinate, organize, evaluate, supervise and participate in the assigned facilities operations of maintenance, grounds and shipping/receiving; train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.

Example of Duties

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate and oversee grounds maintenance activities including gardening work such as the planting, cultivating and maintenance of District grounds. Assist grounds crew with tasks when needed and required.
Plan, coordinate and oversee shipping and receiving activities including the pick-up and delivery of campus mail, shipping and receiving of all mail, items, parts, supplies, and furniture and equipment. Assist shipping/receiving employees when needed and required.
Plan, coordinate and oversee the maintenance, alteration, minor construction, installation and repair of college buildings, facilities, systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Assist maintenance crew with tasks when needed and required.
Plan, coordinate and oversee the facilities department office, including the central work order system, reception, communication and correspondence. Assist Unit Office Manager with tasks when needed and required.
Use standard practices, methods, materials and equipment to complete work in the various areas including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, grounds, etc.; regularly monitor and inspect work and functions in assigned areas; drive vehicle to conduct work.
Assure safety standards, policies and procedures are followed by all staff; create, deliver and/or arrange safety trainings; maintain or provide for accurate training records.
Provide project management for assigned areas. Supervise contractors; obtain and monitor cost estimates and bids, monitor punch list projects for closure.
Identify complex problems and recommend solutions at the campus level.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and reports (work orders, proposals, purchase requisitions, contracts, etc.) related to assigned functions; review and authorize time records and overtime (personnel, payroll, NOE, etc.)
Train and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; interview and recommend employees for hire; recommend transfers, re-assignments, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare and administer budgets for assigned areas; monitor budget expenditures during the course of the year; make recommendations for purchase of new equipment and supplies.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine required courses of action; assist in the preparation of bid specifications.
Coordinate the District's Storm Water Management Program, Waste Management Program, Hazmat Program and Recycle Program; assure compliance with established guidelines and procedures related to the handling of storm water management, disposal of waste, disposal of hazardous materials and recycle management; work with local and state regulatory agencies to assure compliance; oversee asbestos abatement contracts to assure compliance with regulations.
Manage the EMS (energy management system) conservation program at the College.
Coordinate the campus motor vehicle pool (vans and other vehicles); assure compliance with all DMV regulations such as registration and insurance; oversee regular maintenance and required service inspections to assure the vehicles are kept in good and safe operating condition.
Perform on-going facilities audits on campus buildings and utilities with emphasis placed on review of the physical condition of roofs, exteriors and interiors, the operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other related infrastructure systems.
Assist in the implementation and development of long and short-range deferred maintenance projects; estimate cost of new projects and renovation assignments; follow established procedures for approval.
Maintain proper levels of grounds, maintenance, and shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipment for assigned areas; order materials, supplies and equipment as necessary; take periodic inventories.
Coordinate activities in assigned areas with other functions in the facilities and operations activity; coordinate with instructional programs and public relations activities; assure staff is available to assist on special events; provide for proper furniture arrangement; arrange for equipment operation including HVAC, lighting and other systems and maintenance during special events.
Respond to emergency call-back and perform emergency tasks as needed.
Oversee and participate in furniture moving, fence mending and emergency repair or clean-up work; coordinate and assist in the preparation of facilities for athletic and special events.
Coordinate and supervise District shipping and receiving function, ensuring timely, efficient and cost effective services are provided; recommend alternate options and systems when necessary.
Demonstrate an understanding of, sensitivity to and appreciation for, the diverse academic, s socio-economic, cultural, disability, gender identity, religious, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of students and staff attending or working on a community college campus.

OTHER DUTIES:
Serve on college committees as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum

Any combination of education, experience and training that would indicate possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities listed herein. For example, high school diploma or equivalent and five years of facilities, maintenance, construction or grounds maintenance work, two of which are in a supervisory role.

Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to own the business relationship at assigned equipment planning firms and expand our presence and influence within the equipment planning community. This position will be assigned equipment planners (EQP), more national in scope and presence, to learn firsthand, the educational and material requirements of the firms. This knowledge will be put to use to develop content, tools and best practices to support equipment planner development on a broader scale. This position is responsible for training sales in the best practices in working with equipment planners and liaising with sales on projects being developed at their EQP.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Own the business relationship at each assigned U.S. HC Equipment Planning (EQP) firm
  2. Drive Client as the specified solution on master specs at each respective EQP firm
  3. Identify sales opportunities at assigned EQP firms and involve respective local Client sales representatives to close the opportunity
  4. Work with sales to track specification penetration at all Equipment Planning firms (EQP) by product category
  5. Update EQP product databases, identify opportunities to promote within these (Attania, 4Tower, other)
  6. Develop lunch and learn content for use at EQP firms
  7. Train/support territory sales personnel on best practice in engaging & presenting to EQP firms
  8. Further define the needs and drive development to successfully fulfill EQP program
  9. Additional key activities include:
  • New product introductions
  • Deliver required tools to EQP firms (REVIT, PIM, Configurator, Builder Tools on , etc.)
  • Identify, track and support all projects at the EQP and liaison with the local salesperson to manage and work the project
  1. Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
