As a Sr. Harness Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Vehicle Design and Integration team and will report to the Vehicle Design and Integration Engineering Manager. The harness engineer is a very cross-functional role at the convergence of the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, with significant hands-on work designing, building, integrating, and testing our harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware; expect to broaden your design and application experience. Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. Harness Engineer you will work with the avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to define the harness architecture, including routing, bulkhead planning, and manufacturing and integration processes. You'll be responsible for the detailed design of both flight and test harnesses, and you'll be working with the production technicians and A&Ps to get the harnesses built and installed on the aircraft. You'll have the opportunity to design, install, and test your hardware on a remotely operated aircraft, and you'll be an instrumental part of how our hardware teams come together on the airplane.

Basic Success Criteria

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

• 5+ years experience in electrical harness design

• Ability to route harnessing (both in CAD and physically in the airplane) in a strategic manner

• Experience working with connectors, backshells, EMI shielding, and cable/wire protection methods

The Senior Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Marketing & Communications Director to drive event attendance and lesson and class enrollment, and to increase public awareness of CSMA's mission. This position helps grow CSMA's brand, programs, and identity in our Mountain View and Belmont locations.

• Promote CSMA's role as a leading community arts organization, as well as the importance and value of arts participation.
• Work with the marketing director and graphic designer to plan, create, and implement a daily social media schedule. This position is the day-to-day manager of CSMA's Facebook and Instagram accounts and will also be responsible for creating video content for additional platforms planned for 2026.
• Track registration data and develop responsive marketing strategies to drive class and lesson enrollment at both our Mountain View and Belmont locations.
• Execute marketing plans for CSMA events, including concerts, art exhibitions, and public gatherings. Set up and monitor Eventbrite ticketing and use Eventbrite marketing tools.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:

• Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities

• Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles

As a Sr. FPGA Verification Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Embedded Systems team. Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. FPGA Verification Engineer, you will own the FPGA integration and test environment for multiple airborne products including their test benches & simulation, continuous integration, timing analysis, elemental analysis, and build. You will develop DO-254 compliant processes for peer review and testing, perform qualification of relevant design and verification tools, and develop strategies for efficient verification of the product. Your contributions will directly enable the efficient realization of safe and dependable airborne electronic hardware at Reliable Robotics.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment

As a Harness Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the system integration team and will report to the System Integration Engineering Manager. The system integration team is a small group of highly motivated engineers designing, integrating, testing, and flying advanced mechanical and electrical systems. The harness engineer is a very cross-functional role at the convergence of the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, with significant hands-on work designing, building, integrating, and testing our harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware; expect to broaden your design and application experience.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Harness Engineer you will work with the avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to define the harnessing design, including routing, component selection, and manufacturing and integration processes. You'll be responsible for the detailed design of both flight and test harnesses, and you'll be working with the production technicians and A&Ps to get the harnesses built and installed on the aircraft. You'll have the opportunity to design, install, and test your hardware on a remotely operated aircraft, and you'll be an instrumental part of how our hardware teams come together on the airplane.

Basic Success Criteria

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

• 2+ years experience in electrical harness design

• Ability to route harnessing (both in CAD and physically in the airplane) in a strategic manner

• Experience working with connectors, backshells, EMI shielding, and cable/wire protection methods

Preferred Criteria

• Experience defining routing and bulkhead requirements

• Experience performing design trades for and detail design of aerospace flight harnesses

• Experience with NX routing and Capital Harness Designer

The Avionics Hardware team is a small group of highly motivated engineers who develop the core compute, actuation, sensing, and power electronics products at the heart of our automation system. As a Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will lead development of electrical components and sub-systems across our airborne and test platforms from the circuit-board level up through integrated systems and everything in between.

Responsibilities

In your role as Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as the expert on your hardware. You will drive improvements to the hardware through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing, and perform root-cause investigations to characterize, document, and rectify anomalous behavior in a safety-critical environment.
