A Schedule That Lets You Care

We believe great care takes time. Our therapists average 10–11 patients per day with 60-minute

evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, giving you the space to build relationships and deliver

exceptional outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Virginia

• Strong desire to develop clinical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-first care

What You’ll Receive

Competitive Compensation & Financial Benefits

• Salary: $82,500 – $100,000

• Sign-On Bonus: Starting at $5,000

• Student Loan Repayment: $125/month

• Merit Bonus: Up to $4,000 annually
