As a Switch Product Manager, you will lead the development of technology products aimed at enhancing the capabilities of pharmacists, health care professionals, and patients in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product adheres to relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, providing updates on product development and addressing inquiries.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager with a direct knowledge of Claims processing/adjudication and understanding of NCPDP Standards or a similar role in healthcare technology or related industries.
Strong background in the Pharmacy industry with direct knowledge of how Patient Assistance, Vouchers and other pre and post edits work within the Pharmacy claims processing market.
Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools.
History of experience in technical design requirements along with business skills to communicate with leadership on strategy and product direction as well as communicate directly with engineers on detailed requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. As a Sr. FPGA Verification Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Embedded Systems team. The Embedded Systems team owns the complete lifecycle of the firmware and software platform that lies at the heart of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack. We provide dependable computing, networking, signal acquisition, and motor control solutions that bring our aircraft to life. Your contributions will directly enable key equipment and aircraft product demonstrations, unlock the development of higher-level capabilities, and set the stage for product certification & delivery to market.

Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. FPGA Verification Engineer, you will own the FPGA integration and test environment for multiple airborne products including their test benches & simulation, continuous integration, timing analysis, elemental analysis, and build. You will develop DO-254 compliant processes for peer review and testing, perform qualification of relevant design and verification tools, and develop strategies for efficient verification of the product. Your contributions will directly enable the efficient realization of safe and dependable airborne electronic hardware at Reliable Robotics.

Basic Success Criteria

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment
Professional knowledge of designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Criteria

Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
Experience with safety-critical FPGA verification (DO-254 level A/B or equivalent)
Comfortable with a fast-paced, agile/iterative development life cycle
Pragmatic, results-oriented work style

The position will be located at our facility in Mountain View, California. Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $300,00/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.

In addition to base compensation, Reliable Robotics offers stock options, employee medical, 401k contribution, great co-workers and a casual work environment.

We are a creative and diligent team that provides dependable computing, networking, signal processing, and motor control solutions to bring our aircraft to life. Your contributions will directly enable development of our flight computer and air to air RADAR, unlocking higher-level capabilities, and setting the stage for product certification & delivery to market.

Responsibilities

In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. You will contribute to multiple FPGA projects in support of the long-term Reliable Robotics technology roadmap.

Basic Success Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
4+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment
Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools
