Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


–Zone A: $153,700 - $309,000

–Zone B: $140,900 - $283,300

–Zone C: $128,100 - $257,500

Responsibilities~

  • Provide service performance and address warranty issues with windows and doors
  • Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while addressing problems
  • Replace defective parts and help customers when windows aren't working properly
  • Diagnose issues on windows and doors such as water infiltration, bowed panels, interlock issues etc.

Qualifications~

  • You have 2+ years of experience working in general maintenance
  • You have 2+ years of window & door installation/repair
  • You have 3+ years of experience performing basic home repair work, preferred.
  • You're available to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays

Position Overview


The OSS is the first point of contact for prospective buyers. This role is responsible for converting inbound and outbound lead opportunities into qualified appointments that drive traffic, sales, and revenue across all our clients' markets (Charlotte, Triad, Raleigh, Coastal, Charleston).

Primary Objectives


The ISS is accountable for:

Key Responsibilities


Lead Management & Client Engagement

  • Respond to all inbound internet leads, registrations, calls, texts, and emails with urgency and professionalism

  • Qualify prospects, uncover needs, overcome objections, and position our client effectively
  • Set and confirm qualified appointments for on-site sales teams

Sales Conversion & Performance

Systems & Process Execution

  • Accurately document all client interactions in CRM (same day)

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate proactively with ISS teammates, managers, and on-site sales teams

Performance Expectations

The ISS is accountable for both activity and results, including:

  • Daily outbound activity standards (calls, texts, emails)
  • 95%+ same-day lead response and completion
  • 100% same-day CRM documentation of inbound calls
  • Appointment conversion target: 17% (or current company standard)
  • Sales conversion target: 3% (or current company standard)
  • Contribution toward annual sales and traffic goals


Qualifications
