Essential Functions
Maintains up-to-date licensure and certifications required for position.
Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech, according to Angio lab policies and procedures and Scope of Practice documents.
Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.
Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff.
Develops specific knowledge about invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, appropriate indications and applications, and proper use and deployment techniques.
Follows appropriate protocol for medical necessity, coding and charging, obtaining necessary consents, maintaining applicable QC (Quality Control) programs, and reporting any equipment failures or problems.
Provides appropriate patient education, ensures patient comfort, and address patient and/or family concerns.

Performs nutrition assessment for patients identified to be at nutrition risk based on criteria outlined by the hospital and best practice standards. Calculates metabolic nutrient requirements according to the age and disease specific needs of patients. Performs nutrition focused physical exam to further evaluate risk of malnutrition as indicated. Develops a nutrition diagnosis as appropriate and consistent with the Nutrition Care Process. Creates and implements a nutrition intervention and care plan for all patients with a nutrition diagnosis. Continuously evaluates and monitors the effectiveness and outcomes of medical nutrition therapy intervention. Provides nutrition education to patients, family, and/or members of the health care team on recommended nutrition intervention(s) to accomplish nutrition goals; which may include, but is not limited to any of the following topics: specialized diet, enteral/oral medical nutrition supplements, food selections, eating behaviors, and community nutrition resources. Manages the delivery of nutrition care services according to the site of care assigned. Participates in performance improvement and research activities. Mentors dietetic interns/diet technicians. Actively assess, evaluates and maintains professional development and competencies outlined in the position description.

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community and surrounding program sites. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of properties while providing exceptional service to residents, staff, and program partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, knowledgeable in general building maintenance, and committed to completing quality work in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization with professionalism when interacting with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members.
- Complete interior and exterior maintenance requests, including:
- Plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry, and general repairs
- Preventative maintenance on boilers, water heaters, and mechanical systems
- Window, door, floor, and wall repairs
- Painting, drywall repair, and minor construction
- Grounds care, landscaping, snow removal, and debris pick up
- Equipment lubrication, filter changes, and thermostat calibration
- Perform routine inspections of units, buildings, grounds, and safety equipment.
- Participate in 24 hour on call emergency maintenance rotation.
- Maintain compliance with LSS, HUD, REAC, WHEDA, Michigan Multifamily Asset Managers, and local code requirements.
- Monitor vendor work and report issues to leadership.
- Follow purchasing procedures and stay within approved expense limits.
- Complete unit turnovers/make readies as needed.
- May perform additional tasks such as janitorial equipment operation, inventory management, safety drills, vehicle/equipment maintenance, or event space setup.

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
