Job Summary MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers our lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers.

Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks that feature newer equipment.

We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States.

The Driver is responsible for operating a Class B vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers.

The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

Job Description Responsibilities: Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.

Safely operate a Class B vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.

Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc.

• Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.

Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.

• Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.

Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.

Job Summary Our team is looking for a Respiratory Sales Representative based out of Nashville, TN.

This person will be responsible for selling, marketing, and servicing products to current and prospective customers in a professional and ethical manner in order to achieve organizational goals in assigned territory.

Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating and conducting sales presentations on product lines to multiple decision makers.

Present multiple respiratory products and solutions.

Calling on healthcare facilities within assigned territory to expand the sales of the products.

Leading all customer product evaluations and implementations.

Collaborating with other Medline Sales Reps via email, phone calls or in person.

Following up with the customers and sales reps when evaluations/implementations are completed.

Participating in division overall product strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements as well as other duties as assigned.

Maintaining existing business and presenting new products to grow business.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

Preferred Experience: Respiratory sales experience Acute Care sales experience Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong presentation skills and effective communication skills to a sales organization and customers.

Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills.

MS Office (Word and Excel) required.

Must live within assigned territory.

Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.

Position will require up to 75% overnight travel within assigned territory.

The anticipated compensation for this position includes a base salary range of $69,000 to $100,000 with additional commission ranging between 5-15% net sales growth.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

This role is bonus eligible.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
