Translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs and standardized reporting frameworks.

Lead the design and governance of BI architecture, semantic models, and pipelines across Power BI, Fabric, and Tableau.

Oversee performance tuning, scalability, and data governance standards across all BI solutions.

Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to analysts, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and performance.

Champion best practices in dashboard design, storytelling, and data visualization to drive clarity and business impact.

Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, data quality improvements, and cost savings through advanced analytics.

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, data definitions, and solution delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI platform and data integration issues.

Minimum Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s Degree.

Work Experience At least 5 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, with progressive responsibility.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau.

Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx and Fabric data pipelines to prepare, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.

Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define standardized KPIs.

Build and maintain scalable data models and semantic layers to support reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across BI solutions.

Apply and follow established BI governance, security, and best practices.

Provide user support and promote adoption of BI tools across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
