Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time) to support the execution of brand and marketing creative across digital and print platforms. This role works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to bring approved creative concepts to life across email marketing, paid advertising, e-commerce, and brand touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced fashion environment. This position focuses on translating established creative direction into polished marketing assets while supporting ongoing design research and brand development initiatives.
This role reports directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborates cross-functionally with the marketing team and other departments as needed.
This position will begin as a part-time role (24 hours per week), working in our Venice office Monday through Wednesday. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on team needs and performance.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Graphic Designer in executing campaign concepts and marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms
- Apply approved design concepts and visual systems across email marketing, paid ads, and website assets while maintaining creative consistency
- Resize, adapt, and prepare marketing assets for multiple formats and channels while preserving brand integrity
- Assist in the rollout of campaign launches across various marketing touchpoints
- Conduct visual research, trend exploration, and mood board development to support concept and campaign development
- Support the process of digital and print assets including website banners, email graphics, social assets, creative decks, signage, and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across typography, color, layout, and imagery standards
- Assist with file preparation as needed
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and archives to support efficient team workflow
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on schedule
Education/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Design, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean layout, branding, and marketing design execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), basic video editing skills
- Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, and digital marketing design
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support workflow efficiency and concept execution

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $30-$35 per hour. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, the candidate’ss related work experience.

Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations with a strong focus on 3PL management, inventory accuracy, inbound logistics, and operational scalability. This role requires someone highly organized and detail-oriented who has experience managing high-SKU fashion or apparel brands and understands the operational complexities of scaling ecommerce fulfillment.
You will work closely with leadership, suppliers, and our 3PL partner to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the relationship with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, ensuring SLAs, fulfillment accuracy, and shipping timelines are consistently met.
- Oversee inbound logistics and inventory intake, including coordinating shipments from manufacturers to the 3PL.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure inventory levels support ongoing demand and product launches.
- Manage a large and growing SKU catalog, ensuring product data, barcoding, and inventory tracking are accurate.
- Implement and maintain GS1 barcode standards across products and inventory systems.
- Monitor inventory forecasting and stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Oversee returns processing within the 3PL, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate restocking, and clear reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to support product launches and demand spikes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems and processes to support scalable growth.
- Track and report on key operational metrics including fulfillment speed, return rates, and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of operations experience in ecommerce, ideally within fashion, apparel, or swimwear.
- Strong experience managing and collaborating with 3PL partners.
- Experience working with large SKU catalogs and high product variation environments.
- Solid understanding of GS1 barcoding standards.
- Experience managing purchase orders (POs) and coordinating inbound shipments.
- Familiarity with return processing workflows within 3PL environments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong Shopify experience.

Role Overview
The Technical Designer is responsible for executing complex technical development for high-end swimwear and resort collections. This role owns fit, grading, construction logic, and technical documentation for new and complex styles.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Development
- Create and maintain tech packs for new base and fancy styles
- Develop POMs, grading rules, and construction specs
- Execute complex OPR edits and post-testfit revisions
- Ensure consistency across all colorways and production runs
Fit & Engineering
- Lead fit analysis during PP testfits
- Troubleshoot fit, grading, and construction issues
- Communicate with Creative Director on technical design issues and questions
- Partner with Creative Director, Patternmaker, PP Manager, and QC team on technical resolutions
- Analyze fabric behavior and apply appropriate technical solutions
Systems & Documentation
- Create and maintain products in PLM (Backbone)
- Ensure technical accuracy across specs, BOMs, and construction pages
- Support documentation of brand-specific technical standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical design experience in high-end swimwear or lingerie
- Strong grading and fit expertise across multiple size ranges

We are building a statewide base of workers who will continue to drive our future campaigns to reduce income inequality, center the needs of immigrant workers and workers of color, and shift the balance of power back to working people.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We seek a creative, experienced communicator to provide strategic vision and direction for our work, shifting the narrative around labor, workers, and our economy. We are looking for someone with a mastery of persuasive communications across a variety of target audiences and media platforms, and who is a strong leader and confident spokesperson. They should have a sharp understanding of regional political debates and the economic narrative, and a strong ability to articulate worker-centered alternatives and the intersection of racial and economic justice.
The ideal person in this role will work fluidly across teams in the organization, collaborating on messaging and content development to support our organizing, enforcement and fundraising teams, while amplifying worker stories and voices throughout. They will also have strong familiarity with branding and an ability to continue the work of stewarding the organization through our transition into a new visual identity and messaging that clearly articulates our vision: worker power changes everything. Whenever possible, a racial equity lens should be applied to each responsibility under each section below.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Coaching and Development
- Directly supervise at least one communications specialist, ensuring they have consistent work plans, feedback, and coaching to succeed in their role, and support training and mentoring of staff throughout the organization, ensuring that they can integrate the organization’s communications strategy and priorities into their work
Organizational Voice and Brand
- Provide strategic direction over digital communications to support our campaigns with emails, action alerts, and other communications efforts to win and enforce workplace rights statewide
- Continue leading the ongoing work to refine and strengthen our organizational voice and brand post-rebrand by project-managing the communications firms overseeing the organizational identity and website redesigns, and coaching the staff on new messaging
- Represent the organization and provide strategic communications support to coalitions in which we are active, including but not limited to: The Powerbuilding Table, The Washington Domestic Workers Coalition, The Statewide Immigration Table
Strategic Communications & Storytelling
- Manage and help execute an annual communications plan to advance our organizing, enforcement, campaign, and development work across a wide range of media (earned media, talking points, email, social media, video, surveys, action alerts, and more)
- Support the development of worker leaders by coaching worker leaders and training staff to coach workers to share their experiences with other workers, elected officials, media, and on social media
- Develop new ways to challenge the dominant narrative around work and income inequality through elevating worker voices and worker-led storytelling
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Develop, grow, and manage social media strategy to support worker stories, organizational voice, fundraising, and support for various organizing campaigns
Media Relations
- Serve as organizational spokesperson on specific actions and events where neither organizational leadership nor worker leaders are the appropriate voices
- Oversee staff management of media relationships, including pitches, story placement, and responses to media inquiries
- Maintain and grow a network of relationships with local and national media to expand earned media coverage
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Mastery of core communications tactics in social media, paid media, earned media, and print media, and demonstrated ability to develop compelling narrative and use storytelling for movement building through shrewd use of these tactics
- Fluency with media relations, and a clear understanding of and ability to assess the earned media environment
- Demonstrated experience working with politically underrepresented and historically marginalized communities, and training and supporting workers as spokespeople
- Strong project management skills and ability to track multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proactive commitment to collaborating on new and emerging projects, and ability to thoughtfully communicate and discuss ideas as well as ask for help
- Prior experience managing a team and/or supervising and coaching staff
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working in community or labor organizing or campaign settings
- Working knowledge of the state’s political landscape, including basic mechanics of state and local governance, legislative processes, and electoral engagement
- Experience refining and strengthening organizational voice and brand
- Possess an understanding of digital organizing strategies
- Experience supporting fundraising for both 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 organizations
- Knowledge of national political and worker organizing landscape
- Professional proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish
OTHER INFORMATION
Salary & Benefits: This is a management position with the anticipated salary range being between $100,000 - $110,000, depending on relevant experience. We provide a generous benefits package, including exceptional medical, dental, and vision care, 5% employer 401k contribution, substantial holidays, vacation and sick leave, and an ORCA card for employees in the Puget Sound area.
Location: This is a salaried, overtime-exempt position that we anticipate being based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid workplace, and this role will involve a combination of in-person and remote work. It may require occasional evening and weekend work and occasional travel throughout the state.
