The Digital Revenue & Customer Experience Manager – Americas is a hands-on, managerial role responsible for defining, scaling, and governing Sika’s emerging digital revenue channel across the Americas Region reporting to the Digital Experience Director Americas together we will work on Sika’s digital transformation.

Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting key functional initiatives that have cross-functional reach and impact. Specific to this role, supporting the Digital Redesign/Relaunch program embedded with the Digital team.
- Key oversight includes working cross-functionally and with leadership to continually improve operations, processes and collaboration with an omni-channel lens.
- Responsible for providing oversight and connection for the program on the following: planning and flighting work (including looking ahead for potential risk/opportunities); day-to-day activities; tracking to deliverables; timelines; and being the connective tissue between all cross-functional teams engaged in the program. The Manager acts as a liaison between Digital leadership and cross-functional teams and partners in all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manages Digital program priorities, capacity and team development.
- Partners with operational and cross-functional leaders to drive the evolution of processes related to program delivery and other related workstreams.
- Drive decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve successful execution and rollout of initiatives.
- Establish and Lead proactive approach to contingency planning and cross functional alignment to support changing business needs.
- Create, Manage and Lead detailed step by step calendar that supports business processes and interdependencies.
- Develops, documents and maintains standard operational procedures, checklists and process flows for projects and digital workstreams.
- Understands, and tracks to omni stores + digital master calendars to inform program planning and deliverables.
- Management of overall deliverables and expectations supporting the digital program.
- Identifies, assesses and communicates Digital program impacts to leadership/ and or broader team; risk assessment of missed deadlines and develop plans to get teams back on track.
- Owns business meeting agendas - prioritizing based on timelines and business need.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7+ years of related work experience in retail or ecommerce roles that relate to the areas of Operations, Digital Product Teams, Project Management and/or Marketing
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes, cross functional responsibilities and process dependencies; understanding of digital work systems, data connection points, and business-user roles
- Collaboration focused individual with ability to create alignment and drive for resolution
- Ability to lead and influence people, that are not direct reports
- Ability to create, implement and communicate new processes
- Proven track record of managing people
- Strong project management and/or change management skillset, with the ability to manage initiatives from initial scope through implementation and assessment
- Ability to partner and communicate cross-functionally to build relationships with peers, direct reports and leadership teams
- Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail and organization skills
- Software and computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in digital products, enterprise websites, and Agile delivery. This role blends Business Analyst and Scrum Master responsibilities, supporting digital product initiatives and ensuring smooth collaboration between business, marketing, and technical teams.

Role Overview
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will partner closely with the Digital Product Owner and project teams to drive digital product development and Agile delivery. The role requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile ceremonies.
The ideal candidate brings experience working with enterprise websites, digital marketing platforms, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Key Responsibilities Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements
- Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including story prioritization and grooming
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, execution oversight, and issue tracking
- Provide sprint summaries and milestone updates to business and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with business users to manage testing, feedback cycles, and feature rollouts
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and support the team to maintain delivery momentum
- Monitor team velocity, sprint health, and workflow improvements
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment
- Support the Product Owner with sprint goals and stakeholder alignment
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles within digital or website environments
- Strong experience with enterprise websites and digital marketing platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, or Adobe Target is a plus
- Knowledge of UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools
- Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) preferred

Job Description
The Senior Manager, Digital Operations operates seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution. This role leads the development, implementation, and sustainment of digital operational standards across all in‑store digital channels. By collaborating across Operations, IT, Retail Technology, Marketing, and Concept Support Services, this leader ensures that digital initiatives are launched effectively, adopted consistently, and optimized to create exceptional Fan and operator experiences.
Digital Strategy & Operational Leadership:
- Lead operational strategy for digital transformation within the Operations Center of Excellence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for all in‑store digital channels.
- Build and manage digital roadmaps aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency in restaurant-level digital execution.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategy, launch plans, and sustained performance.
- Oversee successful implementation of digital solutions focused on improving in‑store operations.
- Create and deliver training, communications, and support materials for field adoption.
- Ensure new tools integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Monitor and adjust deployment strategies to maximize performance.
- Leverage data insights to evaluate and improve customer experience across digital channels.
- Identify operational friction points and implement improvements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 7+ years of food service or retail operations project management experience.
- Proven ability to independently lead strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing employees such as analysts or coordinators.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in franchisor/QSR multi-unit operations preferred.
- High technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
