The Director of Consumer Insights at Finch Brands is responsible for supporting insights community clients with both account management and research expertise, with a focus on elevating and leading both the work product and the internal Finch team.

This role is client facing and serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing market research needs throughout the year for up to 3-4 different clients. Research will cover a range of quantitative and qualitative topics and methodologies, and this role must be able to understand, prescribe, plan, and analyze research that drives forward the strategies of Fortune 500 and start-up clients alike across a variety of industries. This individual is ultimately responsible for the quality of all deliverables and satisfaction of clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (e.g., MaxDiff, Statistical Testing, etc.). They must be able to demonstrate experience with projects ranging from multi-phase research plans to qualitative explorations, to brand research, and feel comfortable playing the role of consultant and thought partner for clients who may not understand their research needs, or how to interpret and act on the findings. This role requires a balanced skillset of account management, project management, and research excellence.

Main duties:

  • Account and project leadership – the “go-to” for all client related needs and questions while ensuring delivery maintains in scope, on time, and of high-quality. Out-of-scope requests may also be managed by this role.
  • Client strategist – helping clients think through complex research needs and outputs.
  • Research leadership – crafting learning plans and research instruments of varying complexity and carrying research through the process end-to-end. Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in fields spanning, business, marketing, advertising, sociology, market research, or statistics.
  • 7+ years experience in either client or supplier-side research role, with a track record of leading and growing account/client relationships.
  • 2+ years experience managing complex, multiphase research projects related to brands, products, or consumer behaviors/attitudes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES (Events split between all locations; Event Operations Managers are assigned based on location and number of events)


Client Relations

  • Work with Event Sales Manager to understand each booked client and take over communication with them once contracted.

Requirements:

Food & Beverage Retail Operations

  • Support Food & Beverage operation during high-volume times by taking orders, serving, or assisting with prep.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and service standards according to federal, state, and local regulations and AHGs policies.

As a Senior Associate:

Client Rep, you will own and manage the renewal lifecycle for assigned clients while ensuring accurate, timely updates in agency management systems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to drive exceptional service and high retention.


You’ll work closely with a mix of tenured and mid-level team members, with clear paths for development into Senior Account Manager or Team Lead roles.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up and maintain client accounts, contacts, and policy information in EPIC and related systems throughout the renewal process.
  • Coordinate loss runs, experience mods, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes.
  • Draft carrier submissions, prepare proposals, and assist with online portal quoting.
  • Generate client letters (BORs, pre-renewal, proposal cover letters, etc.) using established templates.
  • Organize and name documents in EPIC; create and assign activities to appropriate team members.
  • Deliver audits, endorsements, certificates, and proofs of insurance.
  • Assist with claims escalations and billing/payment questions.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • 3+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience (commercial line)
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (EPIC highly preferred)
  • Ability to analyze coverage needs and support guaranteed-cost program designs


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Experience working in a high-volume brokerage environment
  • Familiarity with CSR24 or Indio
  • Prior experience developing longer-term account strategies
  • College degree (preferred but not required)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, formatting, templates)

The MEP Systems Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and PV systems tailored for modular construction building systems. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems combined with practical experience in modular construction. You will collaborate closely with leadership, crossfunctional design and engineering teams to integrate all technical and user experience requirements into our designs to ensure optimal functionality, sustainability, and compliance with all regulations.


What You'll Do


  • Design and develop integrated MEP systems for our new and existing designs including  solar energy systems, including PV and ESS, optimized for prefabricated modular construction
  • Ensure that solar and energy storage designs align with overall MEP system functionality and building energy requirements
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive design documents, schematics, component material selections and system layouts, preferably using CAD and BIM software
  • Provide technical leadership during the installation and commissioning phases to ensure systems meet design specifications and performance standards
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety of both MEP and PV installations
  • Collaborate closely with installation teams to facilitate seamless and efficient factory and onsite implementation of design
  • Engage in research and application of the latest technologies and practices in renewable energy and modular construction
  • Work with program managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure holistic integration of all systems within Samara modular units


What We're Looking For


  • Modular construction experience in factory builds, multi-mod, stackable and/or other hands on related experience.
  • Licensed Electrician or Mechanical Contractor -and/or- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Solar and/or Plumbing System design
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices relevant to MEP and renewable energy systems
  • Proficiency in design software such as Onshape, Revit, and/or other BIM methodologies preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs to changing technological and regulatory landscapes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving project decisions and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to travel to our factory in Mexico up to 25-40%.

Additional Information
