The Project Manager at RWE Design Build is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing veterinary clinic construction projects from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Managing project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Resolving conflicts and issues that may arise during construction.
- Ensuring the safety of all personnel on the construction site.
- Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a project manager (running projects independently)
- 4+ years of U.S. ground-up commercial experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Procore & MS Project
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Willingness to travel to project sites regularly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

About the job: As a surgery and anesthesia technician, you will embark on a fulfilling journey where your skills make a real difference. Here’s what you can look forward to
- Assist in managing cases, collaborating closely with our board-certified surgeons and highly skilled technicians.
- Participate in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures alongside each surgeon.
- Execute, monitor, and recover all assigned sedation and anesthetic events.
- Assist in all operating room duties as a circulating nurse and scrub-in technician during orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.
- Provide empathy, comfort, and unparalleled nursing care to all patients, being a strong patient advocate during their hospitalization.
- You are able to work well independently and in a team environment, leading by example and holding oneself accountable for quality medicine and customer service.
- You exhibit flexibility, dependability, responsibility, and possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working as a veterinary technician, preferably in specialty medicine with a focus on surgery, specialty surgery, anesthesia, and emergency. LVT or CVT is preferred, but not required.
- An understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, restraint, diagnostic imaging, venipuncture, phlebotomy, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.
- Experience planning, monitoring, managing and recovering anesthesia patients for a variety of abdominal, thoracic, orthopedic, and minimally invasive procedures, surgical prepping and positioning. Knowledge of common surgical instruments and their uses and experience calculating and administering CRI medications appropriately.
- Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
