The Role We Want You For

As a Superintendent specializing in Life Sciences construction, you will play a crucial role in meticulously planning and orchestrating construction projects. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Implement health and safety project plans on-site.
  • Oversee the entire construction process and ensure budget compliance.
  • Organize and supervise construction teams, ensuring performance meets requirements.
  • Record costs for materials and payments for work done.
  • Conduct general inspections of worker performance and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences construction management, with projects of $30M+, preferably with design/build experience.
  • 3-15 years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
  • Ability to effectively supervise construction employees and achieve work within budget and schedule.
  • Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
  • Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Job Description

  • This is a remote field-based position that will cover the east coast. (Maine to Florida). Candidates should live in close proximity to a large airport hub within that geography.

We are hiring a Medical Science Liaison to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison functions as a highly trained, field-based, scientific expert in oncology, who engages health care professionals and leaders in clinical, scientific, value-based care and research-based peer to peer scientific exchange around ALK + non-small cell lung cancer. Following regulatory and corporate guidelines, they will facilitate and build scientific relationships and collaborations with the anaplastic lymphoma kinase ALK + non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), scientific communities. This position interacts with local, regional, and national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and health care practitioners (HCPs), as well as professional societies and organizations. The MSL will need to be fully engaged with pertinent professional societies, as well as other value-based institutions and associations including clinics and centers that are involved with the treatment of ALK + NSCLC. The MSL will be the field based scientific expert regarding our client’s newly approved therapy in solid tumor oncology.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Function as the primary medical point of contact in geographic area.
  • Maintain clinical and scientific, expertise in oncology with specific focus in standards of care related to the treatment of ALK + NSCLC.
  • Engage in well informed, compliant, robust, and accurate scientific peer exchange around our client’s pipeline, with KOLs.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the clinical protocols, clinical trials outcomes and related procedures.
  • Develop and track key opinion leader (KOL) engagement plans - identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs within assigned region.
  • Engage in medical & scientific exchange with the medical/scientific community including advisory boards.
  • Responsible for ongoing territory management and development.
  • Responsible for all clinical program requests and for unsolicited requests for information.

  • Conduct pre-launch KOL profiling efforts to enhance depth of product/disease/scientific knowledge. Facilitate top account/institution profiling efforts to enhance understanding of patient care pathways, including treatment protocol development and novel therapies.
  • Work collaboratively and compliantly with commercial colleagues to assure product strategic imperatives are represented cross functionally in account engagement.
  • Respond to and document unsolicited requests for information on clinical initiatives.
  • May serve as a resource for investigator sponsored trial (IIST) proposal.

  • Represent our client at medical meetings through Medical Affairs’ Scientific Booth coverage and other related activities.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA) is required.
  • MSL: A minimum of 2 years previous MSL experience necessary with a minimum of 1 year in rare disease, oncology (and/or immunology) with working knowledge of Gene Therapy.
  • Sr. MSL: A minimum of 5 years of pharma experience and 3 years of rare disease, oncology (and/ or immunology) experience.
  • Targeted Therapy experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience required.
  • Exhibits the highest level of scientific, business, and clinical acumen with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • The ability to interpret and present scientific data to engage KOLs.
  • Working knowledge of standards of care for Alk + NSCLC is desirable.
  • Previous experience sharing scientific content with payer systems is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of NCI Cooperative Groups and Oncology Research Consortiums.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Associate, Building Science Knowledge Systems, who will support and help manage projects that strengthen the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) ability to assemble, store, and disseminate codes, standards, performance criteria, and best practices in the built environment.   • Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned projects and workstreams with emphasis on building technology and innovation.

The Chair will have the opportunity to build upon the success of the School and the College of Computing. The school has 3 PhD programs in ACO, Computer Science, and Machine Learning as well as Masters and Bachelor degrees which are managed by the College. The School of Computer Science is a leader in the following areas of specialization: Computer Architecture, Data Systems and Analytics, Foundations of Artificial Intelligence, Networking, Programming Languages and Compilers, Software Engineering, Systems, and Theory. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Dean of the College of Computing, the Chair has overall responsibility for the academic and research programs in the School of Computer Science specifically focusing on all budgetary, administrative, academic, fiscal, and personal decisions in conjunction with the mission and goals of the College and Georgia Tech. The chair must have a forward-thinking strategic vision and the appropriate skills to lead a group of faculty and staff. Additionally, the Chair will provide overall leadership for all the school's teaching and research components at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Chair should establish collaborative and interdisciplinary relationships with others Computing School Chairs, with other leaders in the College, as well as all internal and external constituents at Georgia Tech and abroad. About the School of Computational Science and Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology

Georgia Tech is organized into six Colleges. The School of Computational Science and Engineering resides in the College of Computing along with the School of Computer Science, the School of Interactive Computing, the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy, and the School of Computing Instruction. Joint appointments with other Schools in the College of Computing as well as Schools in other Colleges are possible.

Job Summary

The School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, U.S.A. invites applications for multiple openings for the position of Assistant Professor (tenure-track); openings for Associate Professor and Professor (tenured or tenure-track) are also available. All positions are full-time and are located in Atlanta, GA, U.S.A. The School of CSE focuses on foundational research of an interdisciplinary nature that enables advances in science, engineering, medical, and social domains. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.



Responsibilities

Duties of these positions include developing and sustaining a research program in one or more of our core areas (research) high-performance computing, data science and visual analytics, scientific computing and simulation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and computational bioscience and biomedicine.

We also welcome candidates in the area of AI and finance, with the opportunity to be considered for the JPMorgan Chase Endowed Career Development Professorship.

Duties also include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (classroom teaching), as well as providing service to the School, College and the Institute.



Required Qualifications

An earned PhD degree is required by the start date of the job, in a discipline relevant to the field of Computational Science and Engineering, including a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Science.



Preferred Qualifications

Applicants are expected to engage in substantive research with collaborators in other disciplines. For example, current faculty have domain expertise and/or collaborations in computational chemistry; earth sciences; biomedical and health sciences; urban systems and smart cities; social good and sustainable development; materials and manufacturing; and others.

Applicants are also expected to meet student success criteria, such as the ability to promote a welcoming educational/work environment.
