Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our business with Costco Wholesale.
This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day account operations, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales, product, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate day-to-day communication with Costco buyers, follow up on key actions, and ensure ongoing account alignment; support business communication and coordination related to the Costco account.
· Support the new product development process, including milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination; coordinate product samples, including tracking, preparation, and meeting support; support communication related to product reviews.
· Prepare weekly sales reports, track inventory, and analyze product performance; assist with PO tracking, documentation, and reporting; support inventory visibility and supply planning alignment.
· Support NLC (Net Landed Cost) coordination, including packaging, palletization, and shipment planning; assist in operation across supply chain stakeholders.
· Work closely with Finance, GTM, and R&D teams to ensure cross-functional alignment;
· Other tasks and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
· At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, operations, or a related field
· Experience working with Costco Wholesale is required
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
