Position Responsibilities:
Overall subject matter expert and technical lead engineer for the Mission Computers and Stores Management hardware for requirements development, avionics subsystem and system design, integration, subsystem/system/flight test, system verification, production/fielding, and supplier oversight
Lead the hardware supplier design team in supporting all Tactical Fighters program needs
Develop interface control documents describing mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces

What You’ll Do
This role will report to the Sr Preconstruction Manager for projects related to GNB’s Mission Critical Manufacturing (MCM) division. The successful candidate must be able to work independently in fast paced, dynamic environments and be able to multi-task to closely track and manage activities for multiple high-revenue, mission critical projects simultaneously. This role requires the coordination and continued relationship development with GNB’s blue chip customer base, vendors, suppliers, GNB personnel, and GNB’s project execution teams to execute on the project deliveries.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong bias for action who is exceptionally curious, willing to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will take on exciting projects with high organizational visibility that will have an impact on GNB’s Mission Critical Manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring that the client expectations are managed proactively, diplomatically, and constructively and that clients are kept informed and aware of the project status frequently and throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with the project team and support personnel to ensure the successful completion of the project on time, at cost, scope, safety, and quality
- Maintain a “dog eared” understanding of the customer contract
- Develop detailed project schedules, using the critical path method, including design/detailing, procurement, fabrication, freight, and invoicing
- Strict adherence to project deadlines though relationship management with both internal and external project stakeholders
- Issuance of change orders when specific criteria/thresholds are met
- Allocate resources to complete projects on time and within budget, including the organization and coordination of both internal and external resources
- Project risk identification and analysis, as well as pain point identification, that may impact project completion
- Ensure invoicing is complete and submitted on time per the established contract payment terms
- Directly monitor and manage the procurement process to ensure successful procurement and delivery to the budget, schedule, quality, and environmental requirements

Requirements:
- In depth understanding of the project life cycle, from sales to project close out
- Experience with procurement processes from supplier selection and vetting, to PO/subcontract negotiation, issuance, and acceptance
- Experience in the review, understanding, and explanation of architectural/structural drawings and technical specifications (e.g. CSI Divisions 5 and 13)
- Ability to organize and maintain complex data, drawings, legal contracts, requests for information (RFIs) and answers, and miscellaneous information through a project’s completion
- Experience with change orders, particularly when such is needed and how to negotiate such with customers
- Ability to determine and track Cost to Completes (CTCs) and forecast future costs
- Familiarity with value engineering and how to identify opportunities for such
- Strong focus on deadlines and detailed strategizing to ensure the meeting of such
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the creation of schedules of values and percentage of completion based invoicing methods
- In depth experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs with ease
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intrinsic desire to exceed everyday expectations
- Sound decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
- The ability to travel should the need arise both in Canada and the USA

Staff Actuary – Value Based Care
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Performance and maintenance of the monthly incurred but not reported (IBNR) healthcare claims process for a large risk based multi-specialty value-based care organization. Serve as a subject matter expert on IBNR estimates and payor data files. Investigate and analyze utilization and medical cost data in support of financial close, budget, and forecasting processes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create the monthly claim triangles, populate the IBNR models, and produce the IBNR estimates, working closely with accounting, finance, and operational leaders. Communicate results and supporting information to internal audiences including Finance, Accounting, and Value Based Care executives and team members. Maintain the IBNR models. Research issues and trends and keep leaders informed of findings. Update related monthly reports. Act as key contributor and subject matter expert during budget and forecast cycles. Interact with payor contacts and third-party actuaries as appropriate. (70%)
- Support the annual financial statement audit. Prepare lookback analyses and other information as requested by the auditor. Meet with the auditor as needed to answer questions. (5%)
- Perform medical expense projections and evaluate against payor contracts. (10%)
- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by management. Independently surface insights and recommendations that help improve the accuracy of IBNR models and/or value-based care operations. (15%)
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT SCOPE
- Role is viewed as a primary subject matter expert on all matters related to IBNR and will be looked to for advice, guidance, and mentorship.
- Manage entire IBNR process, on a monthly basis, to completion, meeting predetermined timelines.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $107K-$161K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. What you'll do:
- Build cutting edge technology using the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to personalize Pinterest

What we're looking for:

- End-to-end hands-on experience with building data processing pipelines, large scale machine learning systems, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop/Spark)
- Degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related field

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Data Center Site Manager to oversee the operations of our mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in facility management, electrical and mechanical systems, and operational excellence in high-availability environments.
You will be the onsite EdgeCore leader for everyone, everything and responsible for all outcomes in the data center. You are eager to be entrusted with a team as a people-first leader, and you gladly take on the charge of helping guide people in their careers.
- Lead and oversee all data center operations, ensuring 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
- Serve as the senior authority on-site, providing leadership, escalation management, and decision-making support.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers across multiple shifts.
- Manage all site financials, serving as a responsible corporate steward through effective Opex and Capex budgeting forecasting, and financial control.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems including HVAC, UPS, generators, fire suppression, and electrical distribution.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, Uptime Institute, OSHA).
- Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, energy usage, and risk assessments.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to drive safe, high-quality execution of contracted scopes of work.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for facility-related events.

- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Construction teams to support infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning.
- Lead utilization of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track, document and report work as prescribed and ensure the accuracy of the data in the system.
- Ensure thorough management of assets, spare parts, and critical tools through provided systems such as CMMS.
- Coordinate with the Client and the Technical Account Management team to support Client IT deployments and decommissioning with power and cooling tasks.
- Oversee and approve the use of formal procedures in all data center operations, ensuring rigorous adherence in critical activities. Serve as the lead advocate, promoting procedural excellence across the team.
- Guide, train, and supervise operators in managing contractor relationships, ensuring effective supervision and communication.
- Lead your team in executing a condition-based maintenance program.
- Frequently be on call outside of normal working hours.

Your Experience and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data center facility management or critical infrastructure operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in a high-availability environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), CMMS platforms, and DCIM tools.
- Certifications such as PMP, BOMA, Uptime Institute, or similar are a plus.
- Knowledge of NFPA70E, forklift, OSHA10, and/or First Aid/CPR certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies with calm and precision.
- Experience working with and operating hand tools and machinery.

- Base salary pay range is $190,000 - $220,000, depending on experience.
