Role Description

This part-time role as the U9 Girls Soccer Coach is based in Brooklyn, NY. The coach will oversee training sessions, provide individualized player development, and lead the girl's soccer team during practices and games (no competition yet). Additional responsibilities include developing game strategies, fostering team cohesion, facilitating skill improvement, and mentoring players to build confidence and sportsmanship. The coach will work closely with parents and other staff to ensure an inclusive and supportive experience for all players.

Schedule

• Tuesday & Thursday Practice | 4-5:30pm in Bedstuy
• Coach must be available to pick kids up from school starting at 2:30pm and walk them over to practice.
• Sunday in-house scrimmages (mornings indoors bedstuy)

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football, with experience in leading training sessions and managing team dynamics.
• Proven ability in Communication and coaching, necessary for effectively mentoring players and collaborating with staff and parents.
• A background in Education and Coaching to develop structured training programs and instill core values like discipline and teamwork.
• Passion for soccer and commitment to creating a positive and encouraging environment for players.
• Knowledge of youth sports development and the ability to adapt training to various skill levels.
• Previous experience as a soccer coach or related leadership role is preferred.

Compensation

Job Summary:

The General Manager will lead by example and uplift our staff during the busy moments in our fast-paced environment. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the venue operations, including hiring and firing staff, purchasing food, supplies and equipment, and dealing with suppliers and vendors. Role Summary: The Case Manager Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Social Services in program operations, encompassing planning, development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and procedural enhancements. This position entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Social Services Department, operating under the guidance of the Director of Social Services.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:

The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, with a special focus on conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Services in approving employee timesheets and time-off requests.
• Actively participate in shaping departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, and provide recommendations for refining existing standards.
• Direct a team of case managers in the preparation of independent living plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care programs.
• Lead the recruitment, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of social services staff, ensuring proficient execution of routine tasks.

The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to execute on our organic social media and support our marketing operations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Strategy is already defined internally — your job is to bring it to life quickly and consistently.

You will own the day-to-day execution of video content, social posting, and event coordination, working directly with leadership and our internal content team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Film short-form video content (primarily iPhone-based) for social media
• Coordinate and direct video edits (subtitles, cuts, visuals, etc.)
• Post and manage content across Instagram and other platforms
