Position Scope
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position involves hands-on operation of equipment and materials used in the manufacturing process. You will receive on the job training in several core processes, beginning with photolithography, which includes:
-Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing circuit board laminates for dry film lamination.
-Dry Film Lamination and Imaging: Operating lamination equipment and using high-intensity light units to transfer circuit artwork onto the PCB surface.
-Chemical Processing: Learning and executing the development, etching and stripping processes to define and clean circuit traces.
-You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors, with an emphasis on precision, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities
In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. - Perform daily work and maintenance on live circuits with 3-phase 480 volts as a standard; includes working on230 volts and 115 volts.
- Installs branch circuits, lighting fixtures, sound systems, generators, motors and transformers; repairs relays, switches, control boxes and equipment such as fans and communication equipment; replaces defective ballasts, circuit breakers, control transformers, receptacles and fuses; may supervise helpers assigned to various jobs.
- Troubleshoots a variety of electrical equipment/system problems in order to identify the nature and extent of the maintenance/repair problem, identifies the type of repair/preventive measure needed, identify potential safety issues, etc.
- Estimates/determines materials, supplies, equipment, and time needed to complete assigned electrical work and orders/projects in order to facilitate scheduling, identify approximate costs and staffing needs, identify type/amount of materials needed, and/or ensure materials, supplies, and equipment needed are available.

- The Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Test Technician is responsible for performing complex technical functions related to the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies.
- This role supports departmental output objectives by operating PCBA assembly and test equipment, conducting failure analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
