With a focus on localization, the Geo Image Content Producer drives the delivery of interactive design, content, and production plans to Geo production teams. They maintain close partnership with Brand, Launch, Campaign, Hardware and Screen teams to ensure the flawless execution of an on-brand, unified message across various platforms and locales.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Geo Content Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.
Title: Geo Image Content Producer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible extension and conversion to full-time based on the candidate’s performance)
This is a W2 contract role. Only local candidates
Responsibilities:
• Define and document strategic Geo content plans across all locales for various launches and platforms, including all product launches, seasonal and campaign work across web, email, online Store, retail, channel, and other platforms
• Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full-breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, alternative copy, hardware and design assets
• Develop detailed instructional briefs for Geo production teams
• Partner with Brand teams to develop a clear and thorough understanding of software features and their availability across region
• Serve as subject matter experts on regional localization variances and across Client’s locales by providing guidance throughout the product lifecycle
• Cultivate a thorough and specialized understanding of the creative and web production processes
• Partner with localization teams to provide scope based on marketing communication plans
• Proactively identify and address workflow challenges
• Provide oversight to a team of vendor-based functional Producers
• Ensure that all customer-facing deliverables represent the best of the Client
Requirements
• Relevant experience developing content strategies in an international marketing environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships cross functionally, influence others, and work effectively within a large organization
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work closely with creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills including scope management, resource planning, and task tracking.

Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, other marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance
- Ensure the quality of your own deliverables to client
- Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with internal and external teams, with high attention to communication standards
- Work with developer teams to plan page structures and ways to approach projects.
- Lead smaller projects as assigned with the support of the team
- Balance and prioritize multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
- Work within the content management org to contribute to documentation and training
- Maintain complete understanding of the complexities of CMS and other internal tools

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience working on web production teams
- Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)
- Knowledge of how content management and other related system processes work
- Experience working with a git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, JSON, and XML a plus
- Ability to test and report on CMS issues, and communicate those issues to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience working with toolsets as they're being created and rolled out.
- Demonstrated success working with defined business processes and workflows
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment

Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, adjustments, and changes to network connections for technical systems.
- Perform work under supervision.
- Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot copper cabling mediums for data infrastructures in a large enterprise environment.
- Properly label, comb and dress cables following site standards and industry standards.
- Able to support 24x7 data center and fab operation to be determined by on call scheduling.
- Must have moderate knowledge in computer literacy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, traversing of a standard filing system, general typing skills, and familiarity of proper email etiquette.
- Have the ability to work from a request ticket system.
- Have the ability to document one's work proficiently as well aid in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Occasional support to network team (rack and de-rack network devices, support during HW replacements, hotfix participation to resolve connectivity issues, etc) is expected.

- Follow all on-site security protocols and Standard Operating Procedures, and comply with all company policies.
Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Able to speak, understand, and write English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Construction experience and knowledge of standard construction safety practices (min. 1 Yr).
- Basic competence for utilization of hand tools.
- Familiarity with cable / construction industry standards.
- Familiarity with copper testing procedures and metrics.
- Must be able to work a Monday through Friday 8 to 5pm schedule.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed (pass 5pm or on weekends).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in elevated areas on ladders upwards of 40 feet, in confined spaces and tight areas for long periods of time.

- Must live within 1 driving hour maximum from Austin and Taylor, TX (North Austin to Taylor area).
