***Account Supervisor/Account Director***

client-facing leader who manages day-to-day strategy and execution across key lifestyle accounts, ensuring integrated PR, influencer, and creative marketing programs deliver measurable results. This candidate will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, overseeing deliverables, securing qualitative media results, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client lead across multiple hospitality, food & beverage, parenting, and fashion accounts.

• Manage integrated campaign planning and execution

• Supervise and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators, providing guidance and feedback.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Craft compelling media strategies and pitch angles to secure earned coverage

• Collaborate with creative teams (many clients work within an IAT model) on campaign ideation, activations, and partnerships.

• Secure media placements in top-tier print, digital, podcast and broadcast outlets.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure efficient delivery.

• Contribute to new business efforts, including brainstorms, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in PR, influencer, or integrated marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, campaigns, and junior staff.

• Strong media relations and influencer strategy skills across lifestyle sectors.

• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
