Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced trust and estate litigation attorney for our Fort Myers or Naples, Florida location. This is a great opportunity to move into a position with massive growth potential. In just a couple of years a well-qualified applicant will have the opportunity to take over a dynamic and very lucrative practice. The attorney should be focused on wills, trusts, estate and guardianship administration and litigation. We do some planning, but that is not the focus of the practice. Trust and estate litigation is the focus of the practice. We are looking for someone who lives or wants to live in Southwest Florida and wants to become a part of the community. Please note that applicants with less than three (3) years of experience WILL NOT be considered.  We are looking for someone from a Top 50 law school as determined by the 2025 US News & World Report. That means if you went to law school in Florida you attended Florida State University in Tallahassee or the University of Florida in Gainsville. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: To start: Salary of $130,000 - $185,000.00 DOE.

Schedule:

• Assume at least 50 hours per week.

Education:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in Florida; a Tax LL.M. would be favored since we deal with complicated trust arrangements and high dollar amounts.

Experience:

• Computer literate (Required)
• Prior experience – (at least three years required) and we prefer four years – ten years.
