About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to support the development and implementation of enterprise workflow and collaboration solutions within a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment. What You'll Do

Work Environment
This job is performed in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position with business hours Monday through Friday. Hours of work are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional hours may be worked as appropriate. Work is routinely performed using standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
- Conduct discovery for planning, design, and execution of the O365 migration.
- Ensure data security with NIST 800-53 Rev.5 compliant encryption for data in transit and at rest.
- Migrate 80 user profiles from the source O365 tenant to the target O365 tenant.
- Migrate all associated objects, including policies, security groups, access controls, and permissions.
- Migrate 80 user mailboxes with complete data (emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, notes, rules, archives, etc.).
- Include all mail object types (licensed/unlicensed, shared mailboxes, distribution lists) with full components and compliance data (Litigation Hold, In-Place Hold).
- Migrate SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive sites with all content and existing permissions intact.
- Include additional data such as Microsoft Forms, OneNote, and Project Online for all users.
- Execute the migration plan with defined timelines, collaborate with IT teams, and perform thorough testing (pre, daily, final) to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience successfully delivering technical expertise and leadership on projects of similar size and complexity.
- 3 years of experience successfully delivering O365 migration projects of similar size (experience shall include migration of email, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive (including permissions migration)).
- 2 years of experience migrating partial O365 environments between Government Community Cloud tenants.
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft O365 configuration and management.
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Entra ID.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC).
- 1 year of experience with AADC with the State/Govt.
- 3 years of experience writing technical documentation and designs.

Test Systems & Automation Engineer (LabVIEW Focus)
We’re seeking an engineer with hands-on experience in automated test environments to support production and new product initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and manufacturing—owning the reliability and evolution of test systems used in a high-volume production setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute and track manufacturing quality actions such as audits, failure investigations, and corrective initiatives
- Maintain and troubleshoot automated test platforms, including software and underlying data infrastructure (SQL-based systems)
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure test environments remain stable, accurate, and scalable
- Escalate technical issues to product development teams and contribute to documentation updates (markups, change requests, etc.)
- Analyze production test data to identify yield issues, determine root cause, and implement corrective solutions
- Assist in transferring test methodologies and processes across multiple manufacturing sites
- Contribute to defining test strategies and building test processes for new product launches
- Support deployment of new test tools, fixtures, and procedures aligned with manufacturing plans
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing or maintaining automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and/or TestStand
- Working knowledge of software modification, scripting, or basic development concepts
- Strong troubleshooting ability with a structured, root-cause-driven mindset
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including the ability to interpret schematics
- Comfortable working hands-on with equipment (disassembly, reassembly, and debugging of test hardware)
