We are seeking an experienced Interior Estimator to join our team in Boston.
The ideal candidate will excel in cost estimation and project planning within the construction industry, contributing to the success of our projects.
Client Details Join a fast‑growing commercial GC as an Estimator where you'll be second in command, owning your takeoffs, scopes, bid strategy, and subcontractor relationships across a diverse mix of tenant interiors and light ground‑up projects.

Description The Interior Estimator will be responsible for: Preparing accurate cost estimates for interior construction projects.
Analysing project requirements and creating detailed budgets and schedules.
Reviewing architectural and engineering plans to determine project scope.
Collaborating with project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Assisting in preparing bid proposals and negotiating with contractors and vendors.
Monitoring project costs and providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
Evaluating subcontractor bids and recommending the best options.
Maintaining up-to-date records of all estimation activities and documentation.
Profile A successful Interior Estimator should have: Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in interior projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget planning.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
