  • BLS certification (required)
  • Clean malpractice history and case logs required with application

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site pediatric radiology coverage during assigned shifts, including scheduled call coverage for pediatric imaging
  • Interpret pediatric imaging studies: X-ray, ultrasound, STAT CT, and MRI; perform on-site fluoroscopy as needed
  • Communicate urgent and critical findings promptly to referring clinicians, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary pediatric care team
  • Collaborate with pediatric clinicians, surgeons, and technologists to support high-quality patient care and pediatric safety
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to departmental protocols, quality metrics, and patient safety standards

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment with our client in Michigan, starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves operating room duties and call, with a focus on 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient care. The schedule includes weekend call typically once per month and weekday call 1 in 5, requiring independent work alongside MD Anesthesiologists for various procedures including outpatient surgeries, endoscopy, OB, and a broad range of general surgery, urology, and ENT cases.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with an MD Anesthesiologist
  • Work independently during regular hours and on call
  • Provide operating room and call coverage
  • Manage a patient mix of 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient
  • Handle weekend call typically once per month and weekday call 1 in 5
  • Perform a variety of outpatient procedures, surgical or endoscopic
  • Manage obstetric cases, including labor epidurals and c/s with spinal
  • Perform general surgery, urology, ENT, orthopedic, and endoscopic procedures
  • Nerve block experience is helpful
