Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive gastroenterology call coverage
- Respond to emergencies and consults as needed during assigned call periods
- Ensure high-quality, timely patient care in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with medical staff and support personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Adhere to all relevant state and facility guidelines
Additional Information
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology highly preferred
- Active Texas state medical license required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong preference for candidates with a clean malpractice and disciplinary record
