Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, coordination, and financial control of mechanical construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project documents, construction methods, codes, and scheduling practices. The Project Manager is the primary liaison between MYCO Mechanical and external stakeholders such as General Contractors, Architects, Construction Managers, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review of Plans & Specifications
- Understand and interpret project goals, means, and methods per contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Generate and manage RFIs to resolve discrepancies or conflicts in drawings or specifications.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for code and specification interpretation.
2. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline aligned with contractual milestones.
- Forecast manpower needs and apprentice ratios in compliance with labor standards.
- Plan for site logistics including deliveries, material storage, site access, and safety.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to establish billing breakdowns and project budgets aligned with AIA billing formats.
3. Coordination
- Align MYCO’s project schedule with the GC/CM’s master schedule and other trades.
- Participate in and represent MYCO in all scheduled project meetings.
- Adapt to changing site conditions, RFIs, weather, and unforeseen delays.
4. Site Management
- Communicate project scope, methods, and schedule to field staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee daily logs, material usage, and manpower reports generated by the Foreman or Superintendent.
- Manage weekly manpower scheduling and site execution strategy.
5. Office Management
- Supervise and support the assigned Project Assistant to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Route all equipment and material submissions through the Project Assistant for efficient tracking.
- Coordinate with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) and Prefabrication teams for accurate submittals and production alignment.
6. Purchasing
- Purchase major project materials and ensure alignment with specifications and budget.
- Approve pricing and specifications for materials procured by the purchasing department.
- Assign and communicate budget codes to the Project Assistant for PO entry and tracking.
7. Change Order Management
- Identify, develop, and negotiate change orders for out-of-scope work.
- Coordinate with Accounting for accurate billing and tracking of approved changes.
8. Subcontractor Management
- Select and hire subcontractors based on cost, capability, and project fit.
- Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, schedule adherence, and labor law compliance.
9. Payment & Time Approvals
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor payments in Viewpoint.
- Ensure timely approval of time entries for accurate payroll processing.
10. Project Closeout
- Oversee the substantial and final completion phases, including the creation and resolution of punch lists.
- Submit documentation of completed work or provide justification for incomplete items not within MYCO’s scope.
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical construction project management experience, preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and scheduling.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Procore)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with BIM/VDC and prefabrication workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

General Objective of the Role
Support the development of Ecorobotix’s turf-care system through collection of high-quality turf imagery and environmental data to support AI model training and validation. The Regional Turf Data Technician is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with golf courses, sod farms, sports fields to assess whether their facilities have the type of data that we need to photograph and obtain any permits needed to collect those photographs. The Regional Turf Data Technician will need to produce high quality and variety of images of desired turfgrass species and document pests based on business needs. This individual will work outdoors to ensure regular monitoring of turfgrass and associated pests within their geographical area.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
Reports Turf Data Team Manager, Turf Division. This role will collaborate with the AI and Crop Vision team as well as Turf Data Quality teams to ensure they are achieving data quantity and quality goals. The Regional Turf Data Technician will also collaborate with other members of the pre- and after-sales teams of Ecorobotix Inc. as required to scout for data collection locations. Externally, interaction with dealers, superintendents, turf farm managers, and athletic facility managers on turf facilities or at regional association meetings and trade shows is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Become data project specialist for your assigned region
- Collect turfgrass imagery according to defined protocols
- Operate and maintain camera and field data systems
- Work with sales team to collect data at turf facilities in assigned region
- Assist with analysis of future turfgrass model data collection and methods to improve data collection work flow
- Up to 70% required travel within given territory with occasional travel outside of territory based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing turfgrass field research data collection.
- Familiarity with turf management, turf weeds or agricultural imaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in turfgrass science, agronomy or horticulture
- Two or more years of experience in turfgrass management (e.g. golf course, lawn care, sports field, sod farm management)
- Have a strong knowledge or interest in turfgrass management and pest management
- Knowledge of IT tools (tablets with internal software, smartphones) to manage communications and necessary data.
- 2+ years of experience interacting with turfgrass managers
- Must have a clean driving record

- Technical proficiency with sensors and data tools.

Follow up on referrals/leads from owners.
Fulfill requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, make aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.
Giving Sales Presentations Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests.
Establish trust with the prospective owner and Owners throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport.
Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
Provide prospective owners and Owners a Sales Gallery, Property and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site.
Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and Owners current and future vacation needs.
Complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized.
Practice and continue to develop and improve sales script and presentation.
Ensure clear understanding of finance options and present as an approach to ownership.
Prepare for daily appointments (e.g., review tour sheet, owner history, presentation details, etc).
Follow up face-to-face guest interaction with email, phone, or mail correspondence and facilitates use of Vacation Ownership Advisor.
Answer Owner and customer questions regarding product information, servicing issues, construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Use, demonstrate, and/or coordinate virtual tour (eTour) software for guests.
Conducting and Managing Business Transactions Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.
Review details of contracts with prospective owners and Owners once they decide on purchase.
Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensure completed properly.
Work with Sales Management to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.
Analyze problems and formulate a strategy and plan to overcome challenges of getting work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
Complete purchase summary worksheet at end of each sale.
Reach out to and influence Legacy Owners and Every Other Year (EOY) Owners to enroll, upgrade and maximize all reload opportunities.
Providing Service to Others Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer and Owner inquiries in a timely manner with accurate information.
Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner.
