A Brief Overview: 60;
Physical Therapists (PTs) organize and conduct programs to facilitate the rehabilitation of people with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities. PTs direct the patient's participation in selected activities/treatments to restore, re-enforce and correct pathology to promote and/or maintain good health.
Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) work under licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to help people with physical injuries or illnesses to regain range of movement and control their pain. Under the PTs direction, PTAs help people who have lost motor function due to accidents, illness or age.

- Performs evaluation(s) and develops an effective treatment plan appropriate to a patients rehabilitation needs within the care continuum.

Job Summary
Functions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care and support activities, as outlined in the patient's plan of treatment. In conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, utilizes a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the development and/or rehabilitation of patients with physical, cognitive, visual/perceptual, visual-motor and functional deficits as related to Activities of Daily Living. - Patient Care

- Directs and aides patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait, and functional training using exercises, weights, steps, and inclined surfaces.
- Instructs patients on therapeutic procedures to be continued following release from physician's supervision in an effort to prevent regression of patient's physical condition.
- Adapts conventional physical therapy techniques to meet the needs of patients unable to comprehend verbal commands or voluntarily carry out a regime of therapeutic exercises.
- Gives whirlpool and contrast, applies modalities and topical medications, and performs sterile debridement and dressing techniques as per doctor's order.

- Evaluates patient functioning and abilities in order to design effective treatment plans that maximize patient care quality. Maintains high quality and accurate documentation on patient progress and goals and develops appointment schedules in a manner that maximizes the positive therapeutic impact for the patient.

About this position:
* The probation period (90 days) will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and work ethic. Responsibilities:
This position requires a very serious, organized and mature individual who can perform under pressure. Each shift often comes with different challenges. Lead Tech 3 must have the ability to solve these challenges by developing plans, directing resources to overcome unexpected breakdowns. Lead Tech 3 are responsible but not limited to the following:
* Enforcing safety discipline on all assigned tasks, leading by example, and mentoring other techs.
* Oversee safety meetings, safety training and ensure safety paperwork is completed.
* Promoting and conducting good housekeeping practices.
* Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers and other BAS techs.
* Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
* Design solutions for difficult problems, be on call for emergencies, and handle multiple projects and daily activities.

ASRC Electrical Troubleshooter Responsibilties:
-Safely maintain plant electrical power distribution including transformers, switch gears, panels and associated wiring. Troubleshoot and repair all plant electrical systems

Under limited to moderate supervision, provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of classroom Academic Technologies, including but not limited to displays, complex audio and control systems, and lecture capture software. Significant focus on IP based network audio and visual (AVOIP) academic technology primarily comprised of Extron, QSC, and Dante environments. Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert with an emphasis on learning new skills through training and certifications.
All work and results are documented within a ticketing application. Learning Environments specialists are dispatched to provide hands-on support when a remote solution is not available. Must be able to work within an ITIL, metrics driven environment. All work is guided by the published ITIL Service Operations Framework. Each individual is expected to coordinate with our Service Desk and Mobile Action teams to deliver fully comprehensive support. Must be capable of remote, phone, and chat support, as well as on-site visits and working a service counter. All IT Support Specialists work in a 0-3 Tiered support environment. Any specialist may be required to work in any of the four tiers as needed.
IT Support Specialists (ITSS) are expected to understand and follow consistent defined processes for all service interactions, while observing established standards. The ITSS focuses on continual improvement of their own skills as well as the documented service and troubleshooting processes used by the myIT division.

Qualifications:

- Supporting classroom A/V technology including:
- Qsys AV cores, peripherals, and designs
- Extron NAV including encoders and decoders
- Dante monitoring and source routing

MISSION : * To maintain and troubleshoot the equipment on his/her area (mechanical, electrical and automation ) by applying Maintenance best Practices.
* To continually improve the quality of Maintenance and contribute to optimum Machine Availability.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
* Methods and practices applied (job performed in safety, quality, respect of instruction,...)
* Sustain equipment compliance (standard, cleanliness, cycle time, influent parameters,...)
* Interventions are encoded, documented, and analyzed
* Effectiveness of all interventions (prevent breakdowns, cure the default within an optimized time, collaboration with Production, Quality, ...)
* Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts, sustained energy efficiency of equipment)
* Support MDP processes (participating in analyzes, requirements from 5' briefing treated or upgraded...)
* Machine performance assured for perimeter of responsibility
* Minimum Qualifications:
Two year Associates Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Electronics
or 2-3 years experience as an Industrial mechanical and electrical technician or
a Military Background with similar technical experience.
