The Paid Digital Analyst will lead the execution, and optimization of Boot Barn’s paid social media and digital programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels and in stores.
This role combines strategic marketing expertise with strong analytical and operational skills, partnering closely with Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to deploy advanced targeting, personalization, and creative optimization techniques. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels).

Qualifications

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the placement of social media ads for internal and external stakeholders across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and more.
- Assist with ongoing monitoring, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns, including budget pacing, creative performance, and audience targeting.
- Support A/B testing of ad creative and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance summaries and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and recommended optimizations.
- Support the execution and maintenance of digital marketing efforts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM systems, including basic data hygiene, reporting support, and campaign coordination.
- Support the setup and maintenance of client Google Business pages
- Support positive brand and reputation management efforts for all stakeholder groups.
- Collaborates with the digital marketing manager and social media specialists on paid and organic social media placements.
- Supports the execution of marketing and public relations events for Charter One and its clients, including but not limited to groundbreaking events, open-house events, and information sessions.
- Supports the setup and optimization of company and school pages within managed social media platforms to increase the visibility of client school social content.
- Support Acuity platform efforts for tour scheduling and calendar management.
- Assists with multiple projects as assigned by the director or digital marketing manager and works independently in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, fun, innovative, and deadline-driven environment.

The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands. This is a highly tactical, hands-on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, video, and affiliate. Working in close partnership with the eCommerce, performance marketing, and creative teams, this role ensures campaigns are effective, efficient, and aligned with brand and business goals.

This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce Marketing and will be based out of our New York City office, currently on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in office/2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the tactical point of contact for our paid media agency, holding them accountable for KPIs through daily performance audits, strategic steering, and rigorous budget management.
- Deep-dive into attribution modeling, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), iROAS and LTV/CAC ratios to provide a holistic view of marketing efficiency. You won't just report numbers; you will provide the "why" behind performance shifts.
- Align with business and brand goals, clearling communicating needs and learnings.

Qualifications:
