As a Ground Maintenance Technician (GMT) in a stationary role, you will be a part of Delta's Ground Support Equipment team. A GMT (Stationary) specializes in completing repairs and utilizes preventive maintenance on motors and controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and machine shop equipment. The ideal candidate is proficient in the use of diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to resolve malfunctions and maintain equipment.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and repair with precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensures the proper functioning of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating industrial equipment and test equipment throughout Stationary GSE in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to log inventory levels; anticipating need; placing and expediting orders; and verifying receipt.
- Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $36.22 with the ability to increase your hourly rate within 6 months of your start date, based upon premiums offered. Examples include but are not limited to CIMM Certification, Shift differential, and Skill differential.
Eligible Delta employees based in New York City (JFK or LGA) can be reimbursed up to $250 per month for specific transportation expenses incurred while traveling to and from work. Employees using public transit, including trains, buses, subways, ferries or van pools to get to and from JFK or LGA may be eligible.
Qualified candidates must also possess at least one of the following:
- Electrical/Relay knowledge: Understanding and proficiency in repairing 12 to 50 VAC/DC control circuits, 120 VAC single-phase electrical circuits and control circuits, 480 VAC 3-phase electrical systems.
- PLC Controls/Network: Proficiency and knowledge of repairing PLC and the associated computer network systems. Allen Bradly PLCS, SLC 500, SLC 5000 and Micro Logix systems.
- Industrial Maintenance/Conveyor Systems/Passenger Loading Bridges (PLB): Knowledge of system operations for PLB, system operation for conveyor systems and heavy equipment maintenance on hydraulics/electrical/mechanical on large industrial machinery.
- Industrial A/C refrigeration: Knowledge of high-pressure point-of-use pre-condition air systems, low-pressure glycol chiller systems, and repair and isolate system failures, as well as the related software for both high- and low-pressure control circuits systems.
- 400 Hz Generator/Inverter Ground Power: Strong understanding of electronic and electrical components and proficiency at identifying problems and repairing and rebuilding them. A background in 400 Hz, testing equipment as needed to perform repair/overhaul, and the ability to read electrical schematics and drawings are required. Familiarity with Jetpower II, Jetpower Plus, and CSI units. Experience operating passive and resistive load banks and working in an electronics environment.

Job Description: The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of Wadsworth Development Group’s corporate operations team at its headquarters in Draper. In general, this role supports executive leadership and ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office through a combination of executive support, office management, and cross-department coordination. SUMMARY
The Retail Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping how Gozney shows up across our retail partners. This role supports the execution of retail marketing initiatives that drive sell-through, elevate the in-store brand experience, and strengthen partner relationships.
You will manage retail marketing programs from concept through execution, supporting merchandising, retail media investments, partner campaigns, retail training resources, and select events and trade shows.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and retail execution, requiring strong project ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to move initiatives forward in a fast-growing brand environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Marketing & Merchandising
- Own the execution of retail marketing programs that strengthen Gozney’s presence across key retail partners.
- Coordinate rollout of in-store merchandising programs, displays, and retail marketing assets across priority doors.
- Support retail product launches and seasonal campaigns across the channel.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure retail partners have the tools and assets needed to deliver a best-in-class brand experience in store.
- Maintain digital asset folders for retailers by region.
- Oversee retail marketing collateral within SLC facility (onsite approx. 1 day per month).
Retail Media & Marketing Investment
- Support the planning and execution of retail media investments and partner marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and retail partners. Submit briefs to design team and manage feedback loop to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Track retail marketing spends, retail media investments, and MDF budgets.
Retail Training & Partner Enablement
- Support development of retail training tools and product education resources for store associates and retail partners.
- Maintain partner-facing toolkits that enable teams to confidently represent the Gozney brand.
- Update SPARC retail training platform quarterly.
Events & Brand Activations
- Support execution of key retail events, demos, and trade shows that bring the brand to life.
- Coordinate logistics including materials, shipping, and vendor support for retail activations.
Project Ownership & Operations
- Own assigned retail marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage program logistics including budget tracking, invoices, shipping, timelines, etc.
- Maintain visibility into retailer marketing calendars, requirements, and upcoming opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or trade marketing.
- Experience working with retail partners, merchandising programs, or retail media networks. Trade show and retail event experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to own and manage projects from concept through execution.
- Knowledge of Wrike or other project management tools.
- Basic understanding of creative process, creative asset management, and design specs
- Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Some travel required for key events, retailer meetings, and trade shows (10%-15%)
